McDonald’s

Without a doubt the worst run mickey mouse operation I have ever been to. Employees don’t care at all and it shows, management is not much better. For 10 years I’ve been going to this location as there really are no other fast food options in town so it’s that or nothing and it clearly shows that the staff knows it.
Easily half the time the order is wrong or prepared with such disregard to quality that it gets sent back, and I don’t think I’ve ever had the drive thru get my order right. The lobby is swarmed with flies year round, you will literally be swatting flies for most of the duration of your meal.
Now I go in today to get some breakfast and am told that they cannot manually run a debit or credit card like every other freaking business in 5he country can, and they’ve never been able to. Which I know is a flat out lie as I’ve done it there before. So you’re telling me that if the machine cannot read my card I’m SOL? What an absolute s*** show this place is, corporate needs to clean house because something is very broken at this location and has been for a decade. But Waconians don’t really have any other choice for fast food so I guess we just take what we can get right?

It’s always exciting coming here because you never know what your gonna get. One day I actually had my meal thrown at me.

I keep coming back cause it’s close to home. But 9 times out of 10 I am usually asked to pull over in one of the reserved spots cause «fresh fries are on their way». Eh at least they get the order right. I believe they are hiring so maybe we can get those fries out on time soon. :)

I have honestly been to this McDonalds 25 times and every visit has been a chore for the staff.
~the Managers run around and yell at the staff in front of the customers
~the Staff yell at eachother in front of customers — I actually witnessed a fight in the parking lot between two employees with the F word being the word of choice
~my food order has been wrong and missing items about 70% of the time
~it seems to take an abnormal amount of time for simple orders
This McDonalds is pretty ghetto — The owners are lucky that Waconia doesn’t have many places to eat — otherwise, they’d probably be screwed!
