I am writing this post on Unilocal as this cabinet maker does not have a way to email them directly to address what I feel are manufacturer/dealer deficiencies. My entire house has Medallion cabinets(4 restrooms, laundry room, kitchen and garage) which was completed at the very end of August 2014. Since moving in, the rubber bumpers have been popping off(up to 19 at this point) including one at the top of the Lazy Susan door(we had no idea it had fallen off) which scratched the face of a pull out drawer. I contacted this«quality company» and explained my situation(I have no dealer closer than a 2 hour one way drive from my location), and politely asked if I could have some bumpers sent out, along with some extras as they seem do not seem to stop popping off any time soon. I was told«well why don’t you just go to a hardware store and buy them yourself?» REALLY!!! I spent good money on these supposed«premier cabinets» and this is the service I receive. Ohhhh, and the icing on the cake… I was told to go out and buy some matching stain to cover up the scratch that the lack of a bumper caused to the face of my cabinet.

Praises to Dave Brown at Medallion Cabinetry for their high standards for customer service and satisfaction for their products! When one of their bathroom drawer fronts was not holding up like it should, they checked it out, and replaced all three drawer fronts to make sure they all matched. No cost. Done with a smile.
