Pros: Very nice people to deal with. Felt like pricing was fair. Agreed to come out on multiple days. On one project he did an excellent job, as far as my novice eye can tell.
Cons: Didn’t actually finish the job as he was supposed to put trim back on wall after taking it off. Couple of days he was here he left earlier then he said he was going to as he had other work to do, thus not finishing when he said he was going to. We understand this happens but would have appreciated proper expectations being set. Lastly, the flooring job wasn’t great, in fact in some areas it was poor (ie. against one wall the wood floor doesn’t go flush with the wall, showing a gap even after the trim was put back on).
Overall I don’t mean to denigrate this company too much as one job was done perfectly and they were pleasant to deal with. On the other hand I likely won’t call them back for future work to be done.
