Wonderful service, cute place, values their customers. Hard working employees and well kept shop. Recommended.

I’ve passed In Towne Marina for years and was finally in need of a Pontoon rental for a day having family in town. I got a call the night before at 9pm (we were renting the boat at 10am the next day), that the pontoon I was renting had come in damaged and I would not be able to take it out. She made a half attempt to help, but they literally had NO other boats to rent. I was very upset as that was the plan for my out of town family for the entire day. I would’ve liked if they would’ve tried to help me out, call another Marina, give me a free boat rental at a later time, something but they didn’t and even though they felt bad that didn’t really help matters. I just would’ve liked them to help out a little more rather than just say, sorry.
