Rockin’ dude for a Chicago Dog after a hike of the White Tanks Food Dude is a street vendor at the White Tanks Nature Center/Library. My daughter and I stopped by before our hike and then returned for a quick bite, afterward. Dude knows how to make a real Chicago Dog with all the right fixings Vienna Beef franks. Meal deal is $ 5, so super affordable. And really nice guy to chat with. If you then want to hang in the Library, it’s the nicest library view I’ve ever seen. The building is LEED Gold and has an expansive view of the large, beautiful desert park.
