I didn’t read the fine print. There, I said it. But I was in a rush and about a month before I had to go and visit my Aunt, I reserved a room online and gave them my credit card to hold the room. The fine print that I neglected to read said that I was actually PAYING for the room a month in advance and could not cancel no matter what. I only found this out when I tried to cancel the room about two weeks before I made the trip.(Aunt wanted me to stay with her) When I checked in I was told that I couldn’t pay in cash because my credit card had already been charged. As A Days Inn goes, it has not been updated for a while and the décor and amenities are very limited. There is no breakfast bar, exercise area or pool. The TV didn’t work right and channels were limited. The fact that I HAD to stay there didn’t help but all in all, it’s a very bare bones hotel and the fact they charged my credit card way in advance, doesn’t sit well with me.
