If you aren’t into cross fit, I recommend finding another gym. The cardio equipment is OK but dated a little. I prefer Precor equipment rather than the Matrix brand. On the bright side, you never have to wait for a piece of equipment. The weight area is sufficient although too cramped. They just completed a renovation(I guess) and moved some equipment around but it is still cramped. While there is 24⁄7 access, the workout rooms are closed whenever the front is closed locking up balance balls and other equipment. Management really doesn’t respond to request to either open a room on the weekend or move some out onto the workout floor. The bathroom is disgusting. The cross fit classes are well attended. I can’t attend the class due to knee issues but everyone appears to enjoy the class. Bottom line, if you are looking for a good cross fit gym, this is probably your place. If you want a good overall gym, keep looking.
