pH5 Salon

AAAArrgghh ! I walk in Saturday, with our son, for his haircut. We sit down, while all the staff gaggle and cackle like junior high wannabe’s. They know we are sitting down, and for 10 MINUTES we wait. NO ONE comes to acknowledge us, ask us to sign in, see if we have an appointment, or are walk-​ins, etc. One staff asks another, «Is there anything you need me to do before I check out?’ .Yes, how about greeting the waiting clients in the front of the salon who have been patiently waiting for 10 minutes! But… NOOOO. She checks herself out in the back .Rude and unprofessional ! We left and went across the street to Sharkey’s for the most Awesome Cut. He stayed late to talk with us, and gave a great cut for our son. I left a negative review on their FB site, funny how it only stayed there a short time before they deleted it. PH5 RANKS LAST in my book. DO NOT IGNORE POTENTIAL CLIENTS, THEY WILL REMEMBER HOW YOU TREATED THEM.
