This is a very likeable place. Good food and the employees are always pleasant. The food is good quality(Boars Head meats, etc). They have a promotion going on where one gains«points» for spending $$ on food and one can redeem those points for food. Tried it – lost all our points. Would never waste my time with that again. But, I go there for great food(OK, an occasional beer)! I’d recommend the place!

I give sonnets of four star review. Though I do appreciate much of the café. Very good coffee music art entertainment. Locations good. Many local customers with friendly atmosphere. This is a place you’d want to come to and then come back again.

Sonnets is an unknown gem. Great food at a fair price. The folks behind the counter are always — always — really nice and helpful. Their sandwich menu is excellent — they have choices which are both creative and high quality.(They use Boar’s Head meats — not Acme/Giant Eagle/Buhler’s-type crap.) The breakfast options are interesting, varied and are always — always — great-tasting. [The«Perkka» breakfast rewards«thing» does not work and I think the owner(s) of Sonnet’s got sucked in on that. It may be a fraud — Perkka — NOT Sonnets. No reason to down-grade this excellent place for that, however. Just a note to a potential«breakfast visitor …] Sonnets si a gem — we’ll eb back! [grin]

The coffee here is the best in wadsworth. The only thing stopping me from giving five stars is the owner. I have been here more than twenty times. He has been very rude and unhelpful many times. I will go back for the coffee even though i don’t like supporting the owner.

Excellent coffee, friendly staff, nice ambiance. Our barista was very engaging and even mixed flavors at our request. Proud to support local businesses, will definitely visit again!

I was coming into town to deal with a traffic ticket(so fun!) and stopped here to grab some breakfast. So glad I did! Good coffee, really friendly staff, sat with the locals at the bar and was very entertained! Plus, the food was great. I had a poached egg over a black bean patty served with an awesome avocado crema. Right amount of spiciness. Literally my only complaint is that the red onions were chopped way too large, but really if that’s all I would change they definitely deserve 5 stars!

Great breakfast. Pulled pork Benedict! Wow. Beer selection trumps any other spot in greater Wadsworth area. Live music on Saturdays? Friendly staff makes you feel right at home. And the coffee! Forget other options and get to sonnets. Coming back here often!

Not bad, not bad. The first thing we noticed was the atmosphere. It was a bit«worn and dated» as my colleague stated, but was relaxed and casual. The food was excellent. Plenty of flavor, though not a large amount of variety, as they only carried a few select salads and maybe 10 sandwiches. Nevertheless, there was something for everyone. As with the entrees, the sides were also flavorful, yet there were only 3 options and a «mystery» option. My colleague ordered the mystery option and received fresh fruit, which was a nice surprise. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, definitely worth the stop.

This place is wonderful. It’s a café, bar, and sandwich shop all in one. I had the Roman sandwich and bagel chips for the side. The sandwich was served fresh and hot on a pretzel bun with roast beef and salami. Their bagel chips are made from sliced up, day old bagels that are then baked in seasonings and olive oil, delicious! I didn’t have any coffee, but my girlfriend asserts that their Highlander Grog is crack in ground coffee bean form — I assume that’s a good thing.

I really wanted to love this place. It’s a local businesses(not a chain), the staff is super friendly, the atmosphere is awesome, they have a bunch of local beers to choose from, and there’s even live music at times. This place has a ton of potential, it really does… but in the end, the food was just average. maybe my expectations were too high? But I really think the owners could have a real gem on their hands if they would just do a few more things right. First, the hours are bizarre… They’re only open Mon-Sat, from 7 – 9. What kind of place has live music and serves beer closes at 9pm on a Friday/Saturday? and why would a place that seems ideal for Sunday morning coffee/afternoon lunch be closed on Sunday? Next, they have a nice local beer selection, but nothing on tap. They really need to consider installing at least one keg. The ‘bar’ area doesn’t feel like much of a ‘bar’ without a handle of Great Lakes or something. Last, all of the chicken sandwiches, wraps, and salads are made with lunch meat chicken rather than chunks of chicken breast. Maybe that isn’t a big deal to some people, but I was really surprised(and disappointed) when I realized this. I dont know, maybe I’m being too picky… I’m gonna check this place out again and hopefully my new set of expectations will result in a more enjoyable experience. We’ll see…

If I lived in Wadsworth, I feel like Sonnets would become my local hangout. It has a great atmosphere with lots of space to sit and converse. The staff is great! On my first visit, I talked with the barista for quite a while. They also have some great coffee including special blends. I’ve had a S’mores blend, which sounds strange but was absolutely fantastic. Sonnets also serve some pretty fantastic salads as well. I would much rather visit Sonnets than a Starbucks any day!
