Could the electronics department be any worse here? I don’t think so. Ask Jennifer for help and she looks at you as if you were a child molester. No thanks, I got it. I’ll buy a $ 1,500 television elsewhere.

Occasionally I drop in for a deal, but mostly avoid. Messy, disheveled, and never more than 2 registers open, and that’s on the busiest day at peak hours.

It’s a Walmart so nothing really fancy. The staff is usually not very helpful in most locations. I haven’t had any problems with the customer service location. I’ve asked for help on finding a product before and some members take me to it and some just point in a direction. Although this is not a very old store it has looked run down since it was built. The recent refresh on the marketing image helped, but it is still a depressing warehouse type store. My biggest complaint is the lack of product. I know they stock the shelves periodically, but the products I want to buy are either out of stock or limited selections too frequently.

Slightly less trashy than most other Walmarts I’ve been to, but it’s still Walmart. I come here because it’s next door to where I work and I need some free entertainment(and occasionally cheap food) before shifts. Why not get entertained at other people’s expense(yes, I know that makes me an asshole)? But still, where Walmart fails is where you’d expect: customer satisfaction on the front end. I’ve seen cashiers texting while the store is packed. I’ve also seen them visibly unhappy, stopping just short of telling me to fuck off. Even worse, they are terribly understaffed. The store could be completely packed yet only 3 registers will be open. You know how to piss a loyal customer off? Make them wait in line for hours. I will continue to come here for my own entertainment, but I wouldn’t recommend shopping here.
