Even though they did not have the size I needed they called 2 other stores to find the correct size. And had them put on hold for us.
I think they have good customer service

I always find shoe for my kids here. They almost always seem to have some kinda of sale going on. I would differently recommend looking for kids shoe here.

I don’t like to spend a butt load on shoes since my dog has a tendency to get bored and ruin them…
So I come here for the latest looks for a deal, plus it’s the closest shoe store here in wahiawa. Great prices as usual, always friendly customer service. If you sign up for their mailing list they have 30% off coupons they email you few times a month.

Located in the Wahiawa Town Center, I tend to visit this store after my dentist appointment (right next door). I’ve been to a lot of Payless Shoesource, but this one almost always has shoes I like in my size. I hardly find any shoe store that carries my size. I can fit kids size 2 ½, but in heels I wear a size 5.
The place is always clean and organized. Maybe because I usually go there on Saturday mornings (right after my dentist appointments) when the store first opens. The selection is good. Of course, the selection depends on the season and what the styles are for the season, but if I can’t find anything for myself I do find something for my daugther. So, needless to say, I usually walk out having bought something.

This Payless is located in the Wahiawa Town Center, right next to Little Caesar’s. I love that there is a shoe store nearby, and it’s saved me more than once. It’s pretty much what you would expect from a Payless, but I was a bit surprised at the size… It’s bigger than you would expect! They seem to carry a pretty good selection as well. Staff has always been very courteous, and the store is usually clean and well-​organized.
