Too bad I had to pick a star uughhh. I’m so pissed with these people. Well my dad needed a replacement phone but unfortunately I had to work and couldn’t take him which caused so much grief. He is 70yrs with glaucoma, as most of us know our kupunas need help understanding things as they age. Well he came home with a new contract and a contract for an iphone5. Remember now I said 2 new contracts and an iPhone5. I asked him what happened? And he said he wasn’t allowed to keep his old number and had to sign a new contract and they didn’t add the Po’okela plan either. Im holding back from snapping ok, this number is one that his kids, grandkids, family, friends, doctors and nurses have and need to get ahold of him. Not anymore, becuz if we want his old number we have take the phone back, cancel that credit contract(and we don’t know if he will be able to get another contract for any phone). Now that’s a pain in the ass. Anyway I call Mobi office and they asked the store what happened and they said they asked my dad 3 times about changing his number and said it was ok, but according to my dad the guy and girl told him he couldn’t keep his old number so he had to get a new contract to get a replacement phone and worse, they gave a 70yr old man with GLAUCOMAANIPHONE5!!! HELLOITSSOOSMALL! They did not help him understand how it works and if they did HEWOULDNTUNDERSTANDBECUZITSANIPHONEYOUNEEDMORETHANBLOODTOMAKEITWORK! Now I have been here before and yah it’s not the friendliest place at all. Now we can’t take the phone back unless he cancels the contract, we are all upset becuz these people don’t know anything about customer service and how to make the best judgements for our kupunas. Extremely unhappy customer.

Mobi PCS was my ISP service until I went«Family plan» Then my monthly service bill went up big time so after I suffer this cell phone rip off for nearly 2 years until I switch to Consumer cellular which is far better & faster than Mobi PCS slow 3G service that you charge to activate. At Sears signed up & phone was only $ 34.56! Then I got better service for Web-Text– Talk. My bill has been $ 27.36 for 5 months. What A Bargain! AARP members get monthly discounts. Mobi PCS monthly was $ 3x higher I’m glad I step on slug ! Which would you choose?
