Starbucks

I have to give this starbucks a 2 star and the reason being is i ordered my drink online and they manage to screw
drink. So i thought i give them another try and this time i watched them put my espresso con potta and they screwed it up again and its all because they are rushing and dont take the time to read my order.
This is the ONLY starbucks. that screws up my order… Why???
I hope the manager of this store reads this and make some improvements.

I never leave unhappy! The staff is always so welcoming & pleasant. They are also super quick, I’m in and out within 5 minutes!

I’m always very happy with the customer service at this location! Drinks are always delicious, of course, and the workers know a lot of the regulars by name. Very enjoyable atmosphere here.

Starbucks Waianae will always be my fave! Even though I have to drive out of Waianae for work, I stop at this one if I have time! The entire staff is awesome, and quick! I’m always greeted cheerfully and never waiting more than 5 min to order and get out! Courtney and Kainan are always so personable and greet everyone by name!

Sometimes you think a Starbucks is a Starbucks is a Starbucks and I think I’ve even written that in an older review of mine for another location… but if you think that then that’s how you know there’s nothing special about that particular location.
This Starbucks on the other hand really surprises me. The staff here is incredibly congenial. They rock. They also seem to turn out orders faster than lightning. Other than that, I always find a seat which is awesome because most times, I come with work to do on my laptop.
For a shop on the west side, you might think it’d be run down and kind of not upkept like everything else around here, but the inside is still as nice as it was when they opened. It’s clean, welcoming, air conditioned and at a very easy location to get to by bus.
I so wanted to give this location 5 stars but unfortunately, I don’t like the locations where there are a lot of homeless loiterers. Now yes, they could very well have purchased a coffee like anyone else and therefore have the right to sit down and use the wifi like anyone else… but… the last time I was at this location, I was waiting at least half an hour to use the bathroom. I REALLY had to go so I stuck it out man. I stood in the bathroom entryway the entire time and I just knew that there had to be a homeless person in there. Sure enough, after half an hour to 45 minutes, out came a slightly rotund older man with no shirt on, slightly wet-​looking, huge backpack on his back and a duffel bag under one of his arms. He was nice enough to apologize for holding up the bathroom but… still…
I understand people need a place to shower and to take care of their hygiene but retail and restaurant bathrooms are not the place. The Wai’anae coast has a lot of beaches, shower heads and bathrooms. The reason I am not very fond of this is because when I use a bathroom myself, I want to be sure it’s clean and hygienic and that I’m not going to get sick or pick up something from using the same bathroom. It should be safe for everyone. I was honestly VERY iffy about using the bathroom after that, but with enough toilet paper to cover the seat, I made sure my butt didn’t touch the toilet and I also used paper towels to touch the faucet handles and door handles. I was glad to have my hand sanitizer with me as well.
What the staff is going to have to do to prevent people taking advantage of the bathroom, unfortunately, is change the bathroom codes more often and also they are going to have to be a bit of a jerk and deny people the code to the bathroom if they are not customers. I feel like such a jerk about this but especially if I had children with me… I just want to be safe and hygienic.
Overall, despite the homeless issues, this location is one of my favorite for the five-​star service, drinks always on point and always enough room to sit.

So I visited this Starbucks around 10:45 am on a Tuesday morning! I had taken orders from a few coworkers. I first ordered 2 graham frappé and the lady taking my order says they’re out of that! Okay… second order wants s mango black tea lemonade… lady tells me they’re out of mango syrup… REALLY??? Well what about a chocolate chip frappé??? Can you believe that they were out of chocolate chips too! I walked out of this Starbucks like never before! I was so frustrated! How can a franchise like Starbucks be out of everything we wanted??? Unbelievable!

Clean and Mostly friendly staff, miss ipo! She was great! For the most part I’ve had good service except for a few times that my order was not consistent in taste, but I would continue to go there.

The service was so good and the staff was so friendly I wrote an email to their executive team. I even told the staff I would, which they appreciated. I even received 2 emails back from 2 different management members. I do hope the staff heard from them about my visit. I was extremely pleased

Not gonna lie, they are REALLY fast with their orders, but they get it done CORRECTLY! They’re always friendly. This location is always clean. When it does get messy, there’s always someone coming out from the bar to clean!

Starbucks Waianae. (4 stars)
Starbucks Waianae STAFF are awesome!!! Even at 0450 in the morning they are cheerful and know our order before we even say anything! Always friendly and that helps put me in a happier mood even though it is so early in the morning! I’m personally not a fan of Starbucks coffee but it is open and still way better than 7 – 11!
Sometimes this location can get busy (especially Saturday morning when the Farmer’s Market is happening!!)

This place always running out the the drink I want so I don’t even bother going …

The staff here today are very friendly and they all have a team work attitude. I think he is a supervisor or manager. He is very friendly and talks to many of the customers as though he has known them for awhile.

Its a nice Starbucks on the west side. The service is always good for me. Never had any problems and its never very busy.
One of the employees had been cleaning the whole store the whole time we were there. Good job!
The place seems clean and organized. I have been here maybe 5x so far.

The staff rocks at this location!!! Nothing says happiness like a group of kind souls handing you a cup of coffee while living in Hawai’i nei …
They are always smiling, take the time to chat and treat everyone with so much aloha.
If their manager is reading this, I hope you know how golden your team is. I have a Nespresso at home and make my own cold brew out of organic local coffee; the drinks are a-​okay but your staff is what makes the place.

It’s Starbucks what can you ask for. Staff are awesome and cool. Made my drink the way I wanted it. Clean inside and outside. Fast workers. Close by the Longs drugs. Next door to Pizza Hut.

By far, the best Starbucks on island… no matter who makes my drink, it comes out perfect every time!!!

Truthfully I’m not much of a coffee person only when need to. Of course during my visits to the Starbucks in Waianae I always tend to order hot chocolate. Looking at the display case and I notice that there are other items I can order. Butter croissant and blueberry yogurt muffin should satisfy my hunger after working graveyard shift at a 24 hour convenience store.
Each visit to Starbucks is a experience of its own. Being helped by different baristas. One male barista who likes to use the register as a drum… I observed him making drinks for other customers as well as cleaning the outside store windows. Another male barista coming to work in that «I just got up and forgot to comb my hair» look… I observed him being friendly to the customers, wiping down the tables, as well as making sure that the sugar, creamers, napkins, and wooden stirrers are filled. The female baristas are always friendly and they work as a team. In fact just this morning March 18, 2015 I noticed that one of the female employees was on top of a ladder getting ready to change a light bulb when another female employee holds that ladder to make sure that it is stable.
Customers of Starbucks either mind their own business or tend to greet other customers that they know. I seen a few of my customers of the 24 hour convenience store while I was enjoying my light breakfast at Starbucks. I even seen one of my high school classmates getting her drink before she headed off to work. I witnessed a few customers set up their laptop computer to make use of the free wi-​fi. One customer even bought his cordless phone (not a cellphone) to use while sitting at the table.
I’m deducting one star because of the restroom facility. it’s understandable that a customer needs a code to access the restroom. What I don’t get is that whoever used the restroom last forgot to flush the toilet. Don’t know if it was a customer or employee… but if you going to do a #2 then please flush the toilet before you leave the restroom facility… it’s just disgusting. Other than that… the restroom was very clean. There was soap and paper towel provided for the customer use.
Overall my experience at Starbucks was above average. It would be better if the baristas check up on the restroom facility after each customer uses it. Make sure that there’s no surprise waiting in the toilet.

Worst service ever with her Nicki Minaj looking ass. Ordered 4 venti latte and a Frap in return they gave us 4 tall latte and a Frap with no dome cover so I didn’t get whipped cream. On top of that they didn’t have any cup holders like are you serious? uughh. This thing is forcing me to give a rating so I’ll give it a 1 star just so I can post this. But on the real you get no star for your sassy ass and rude attitude. I’m really disappointed.

Love having a Starbucks close to home… The baristas are always friendly and make awesome suggestions if you’re tired of your usual drink.
My new favorite drink, the vanilla macchiato! Doesn’t matter if it’s hot or cold. It always hits the spot:-)
I just wished that they were opened later than 8:30pm.
