If you are an athlete that wants get back to pre-​injury performance, this is the place to go. Too many rehab places are workman’s comp factories (herding slugs through basic routines to check a box)…JACO is a legit rehab clinic with talented therapists who are genuinely interested in getting you back in the game! I’d recommend this place for serious athletes and/​or your average joe who just wants to be able to enjoy his Sunday runs again.

I just finished my first round of physical therapy and can’t thank Ben at JACO Waikele enough for helping me manage the pain in my legs from my pregnancy. I appreciate how patient he was with answering all of my questions on how each exercise was going to help me or why it was important. Every time I threw a new problem at him, he quickly came up with another solution so that I could manage my pain on days I didn’t have an appointment. Words can’t express my gratitude… thanks JACO & Ben!

For almost a year I was trying to tough out a nagging elbow tendinitis, getting cortisone shots every 4 months I finally took a fellow bjj practitioners advice and who also happens to be a orthopedic doctor, to check out Jaco.
He wrote me a Rx and the rest is history!
Miwa and Ben are true professionals. Every session making sure what they were doing was helping my issue.
I can honestly say my elbow is better.
I take with me the knowledge of different exercises that I can do to maintain my, now pain free elbow at home.
So happy for these pros at Jaco!

Physical therapy in the past never worked for me, but that was because I was put on a machine and left alone. At Jaco Rehab Waikele it was a completely different experience. I had a physical therapist for an hour who worked on me and with me the entire time. I had no hope of getting better going into this, but as time went by I started seeing and feeling a big difference. I got stronger and my pain disappeared. I learned what to do at home to continue getting better and stronger. The best thing is now i have so much hope for a complete and successful recovery. I have a new found confidence and can do so much more than o could before. I continue to get stronger every day! Thank you Seung, Joann, Scott and Jen for helping me. If I ever need physical therapy again, I will only go to Jaco Rehab. You guys are the best!

This is the place to go to recover from surgery quickly and confidently. ACL replacement with a great surgeon and Jaco Rehab was right there every step. I did presurgery then post surgery sessions with Trisha and Seung and they answered every question, kept me moving on my road to recovery even when the road got bumpy. The receptionist at the main office in Honolulu knew my name when I called and Jaco himself accompanied my surgeon during my visits with the surgeon: PT along side the surgeon!
I can confidently say that my complete recovery was made possible by the awesome people of Jaco Rehab. I would recommend them to anyone who is serious about getting back into the game. Paddling, Crossfit, and life… I’m ready!
