Nice gas station. Conveniently located at Waikola Village. Friendly service. Easy access to the main road and also close to where we are staying. It’s nice that it’s connected to the Village so that you can also stop to get a cup of coffee for yourself too. Reasonable gas prices for Hawaii.

I wish we’d known they opened earlier! Our group wanted to do the Mauna Kea sunrise drive but we only had half a tank of gas. We called around other gas stations around our hotel(Hilton) but the earliest time was 0630. We left the hotel at 0315 in a 4WD jeep, half a tank full. The gas light turned on right after the summit. Would have been great to know this place was open(latest) 0400– we prayed to the gas Gods we’d make it to a gas station– thankfully these guys were here, and gas wasn’t exorbitantly expensive.

Hey! A service station in the middle of the Big Island with a price closer to the bottom of the pile for gas? Great! Also, the staff were cool, chatted me up on my Portuguese ancestry(which they shared) and there was some digestive medication for my sick lady friend in the middle of the night. Not the cheapest place to go, but not highway robbery(7 – 11 style, that is).
