Pro Nails & Spa

I been there last week. Omg they are not pro! Plsease you guys have to change your polish and base and top cout! So old stuff!!. My floor map towel is looks better clean and white… They are using so old and dirty towels on my hand. I never come back this place. At least learn!!! Pls how to paint for nails. Sorry but it’s tru

Great customer service. Everyone helps out and they have a great sense of urgency and team work. Jenny and LV are Awesome. I highly recommend this place. I go there twice a month.

I hate to leave such a horrible review based on one person — but worst manicure I’ve ever had. I got a acrylic fill from Jenny and I left livid.
She rushed through the entire thing as if she had somewhere else to be. She didn’t ask what shape I wanted or if I wanted them cut or really anything at all.
Had I not asked her 4 times to make my nails straight, I would have left with slanted nails.
I asked her to round the edges. Now I have some pointy and some squared.
I asked her if she was in a rush… she said «no» but didn’t slow down at all. I finally got over asking her to give me a good manicure and sat through the horrible experience.
If you want to leave with a crappy manicure and cuts on your fingers from being filed off, ask for her.

I just went in for a basic mani-​pedi and I loved it! I’ve tried a couple nail salons here on Maui, but so far this is my favorite! It’s very welcoming and I’ve noticed that is family-​oriented which I love. Though, right when I walked in I did have a weird feeling about this place, but I thought wrong. They did a fantastic job, and I absolutely love my nails. If you’re looking for an affordable nail salon that does a great job, I highly recommend this place! It’s not the same as the luxury I normally experience at salons out of the state, but it’s definitely the best I’ve tried on Maui so far!

Literally just got my nails done here. It is pretty cheap nails, but that’s what you are paying for. My cuticles got chopped up with their nail tech it is pretty sore through out the entire process. The nails are all different lengths and chopped short, its odd looking, but I guess not bad for $ 35. Oh and apparently they charge an extra $ 5 to shape for squoval although the tech said these nails are pointy, but she chopped them all pretty short and so these are an odd looking egg shape. The total process was 30 minutes. Felt very rushed and she didn’t trim my cuticles or use cuticle softener or even cuticle oil on my nail. Also she was very rough with my skin with that nail drill and filer I guess that is why my cuticles are really sore and ripped up. Because it was so fast I have nail glue and polish under and to the side of my nail :(
