I rented from Joyce Almeida at Sunshine Properties for more than ten years. Unfortunately my building was sold and Joyce isn’t our property manager anymore. I just want to say that all of my dealings with her were very pleasant and professional. I don’t know how she does it! Repairs were done quickly, she worked with me when I fell behind in my rent and even used her own truck to take furniture and other big items out of the yard and to the dump. I hope to rent from her again someday!
