My rating on this establishment is based on a comparison of other places in this category. As far as I know, this is the only amusement center that offers food.
This is a small divey amusement center if you can call it that with dated video games, a pinball machine, Foosball table and a couple of old pool tables. Nothing I would really drop my money into on a regular basis but its the only amusement center on the west side of Kauai. The hours of operation is pretty strange for they only open on certain nights and serve food after 9 so it’s a hit and miss kind of deal.
I posted a photo of their menu and its pretty basic but if you have the late night munchies while in Waimea then this is the only place to go when its open late at night. My favorites of the limited choices are the Teri-​Cheeseburger Deluxe with a saimin. If you’re a tourist staying on the west side, there isn’t any place within miles to eat at the hours this place is open which is from around 9 p.m. to about 1 a.m. The food prices here are cheap and you get what you pay for… A sub culture exists in this area and this meets their needs… If in the area, when its opened, give it a try. You have nothing to lose…

Amuseden… where do I begin?
Well first of all, this review may be a little bias for the fact that my grandma owns this place. But, I’ll try and steer clear of any unfair ratings, which sort of explains the lack of a 5^th star as I personally think it could use some improvements. After all, My family has had this place open for years. It all started while my grandpa was still alive & he wanted a place where kids could go out & have fun, but stay out of trouble. And, it has been lucky enough to last this long withstanding hurricane Iniki & the recession. Hopefully, it will be around for years to come.
I also want to state that this is NOT an amusement park. My grandma always gets phone calls from tourists asking «where this amusement park is located» & various other questions related to that topic.
This is in fact an ARCADE… with old school video games, pool tables, & foosball.
In addition, my grandma & uncle (s) serve food as well. Burgers & Saimin… occasionally Chili too. They are most famous for the teri-​cheese burger! …which is one of the first things I look forward to whenever I’m back on Kauai (on top of being able to visit my grandma). =)))
Yes, hours tend to fluctuate due to various reasons (but, usually open anywhere after 8pm til about 2am). Unfortunately, my grandma and my uncle are the sole operators of this place… so, if one or both of them get sick it gets hard. Not to mention, they do have other priorities. Also, they are most likely to be closed on all major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, etc). The best way to find out if they are open is to call!
