Bad service. Employees seem slow and lazy … When I walked in employees sitting down and one was on her phone and didn’t even look up from phone and said in unenthusiastic voice loudly«welcome to subway so and so will be right with u» just loud enough so the girl from the back comes out To help me. Ughhh just sloppy and no clue about customer service. The girl that was on her phone proceeded to get up and talk about how she has to pee and smoke a cig. Just crappy, clueless, and slow service but it’s just subway I know. But still I have worked all these kinds of jobs and never acted like this ughhhhh

Subway reopened August 27. New owner, new equipment, new décor, new attitude. The team is friendly, makes perfect sandwiches and will always treat you right

No bread to really select from. Manager lady didn’t help, she was sticking napkins in containers at 12:30 pm when about 12 of us were waiting. Toaster oven was broke. No fresh bread was cooking and no dough rising. The high school girls seemed scared to say anything to each other or to us. Did I say manager didn’t help any! Nice location. Easy to find. Always out of favorite breads at lunch time or supper time. If it was more friendly and they had more help, it would be a great place. Most times, the ice machine is broke or the sodas are empty on other recent visits. I smile and tip in order to help the young staff.

Subway… No jalepeno bread… No pickles. Nothing else in the area… Good enough for hungry travelers from Waimea Canyon. Clean, quick, good. And no air conditioning… Aloha!
