What a great experience here at Baba’s Auto Gloss. I got my 2012 Honda CR-​V, rear left door repaired. Paul was very informative of what needs to be done on my car. Willy was really good on giving me updates. I was really happy that they waited for me after business hours so I can pick up my car. They washed my car and even vacuumed the interior. The quality of work that they did on my car was outstanding. I highly recommend Baba’s Auto Gloss.

Ok so I didn’t get any service done at Baba’s, but it wasn’t because of anything negative, no, quite the opposite.
In fact Mr Baba referred me to another vendor better suited for my needs.
Sure Mr Baba could have done the job and have done it meticulously, but he said try this vendor and I could save a lot of money.
What an awesome, generous and considerate man Mr Baba is.
If he cares this much on a job that he didn’t do I can only imagine what an awesome job he would do on an actual customers car.

I drive a 2014 Scion XB and I unfortunately don’t even get to drive my car because my grandma doesn’t want to lose our street parking so I pay $ 350/​mo for street parking and driving it on the weekends. (LAME) Anyways, I got the worst news one day when my fiancé picked me up from work. He told me that someone hit my car. I get home and see that my front fender on the drivers side has a dent… it was a hit and run. So of course, the first things that came out of my mouth was curse words at a loud volume cause I was all sick with the realization that my car had a dent in it and it wasn’t even my fault!
Anyways, I ended up contacting my car insurance, made a claim and made an appt to have an inspector look at my car and give me an estimate. I was given an estimate and a list of all these shops that they recommended me to but Baba’s Auto Gloss were the first people that came to mind. I know the Baba’s because my fiancé went to school with their son and they have become family friends throughout the years. Went in to have Uncle Paul look at my car and he suggested that I just replace the fender for safety reasons because if they just pop out the dent, then the fender would still be weak from the hit. I gave him his copy of the estimate that I was given and he said he would contact my insurance company himself to work out the payment and what not. After he looked at my car, I went into the office to talk stories with Aunty Willy in the nice cold AC while the guys stayed outside, LOL. Left my car in their hands for them to work their magic.
Uncle Paul often would call me but end up missing his call due to me being at work at the time, but he would always leave me a voicemail to update me on the status of my car. Aunty Willy also was my contact person to relay my message back to him and what not. I wasn’t in a rush to get my car back but I was so glad to hear that it was ready for pick up. I missed my baby! haha. Went to pick it up and Aunty Willy wasn’t there but Uncle Paul got everything settled for me. I saw that my fender looked PERFECT and it looked like it never was hit in the first place. I will always go to the Baba’s when it comes to any type of body work for my car cause they’re trustworthy and they do the greatest job that could be done. Totally not biased here just cause I know them, but I always hear great stuffs about them. I mean look, they’re rated ⁵⁄₅ stars on Unilocal so you know that they must be doing something right!

My first experience with Paul and his team was during the replacement of my bumper for my Toyota. I hadn’t previously realized that there were so many variations to the color grey, but Paul’s attention to detail ensured that the correct shade was chosen and the end result was flawless! His entire staff was friendly, and the work was done quickly!
More recently, my car had been broken into and my back window had been smashed. Not knowing where to turn, I gave Paul a call. Although this type of work wasn’t something they usually did, Paul was very helpful and called various glass shops for me. Within just a couple of days, Paul located a vendor that had a used glass for sale (which was a great savings to me!). He also had the glass delivered to his shop and was able to have his team assist with installation… what a lifesaver!
I can’t brag enough about this family owned business located in Waipahu! Thank you soooo very much Paul (and the team too, of course)!

Ok so Some lady didn’t check her blind spot — Wham straight into me. She admits Guilt — Go to Pearl City USAA authorized Center and they assess the damage. I call Paul at Baba and he says send him the Shop copy. And he handles the Work on the following Monday. He meets me at Enterprise rent a car which USAA paid for and 1 week later my Car comes back to Enterprise rent a car — the Spa treatment isn’t what the other guys do either. Baba’s even scrubbed that nasty Military sticker residue off. The Spa treatment alone is worth it and the service is beyond any of the other guys, I had over-​spray on a window done by other people in the loop by dilliingham and waikamilo and you could only see it at night. Don’t let Waipahu area stop you from going to Baba. They met me at the closest enterprise location. And if your car is really smashed and you can drive it — it doesn’t matter where they do the work. Any ways the lady that hit me asked for what shop I used because it was faster then the shop she could get. I Had to tell the lady that hit me not not to feel bad because I had a few extra dents removed on the other doors and some paint Buffed out from these honolulu parking people, Yea so the Whole car was checked and waxed — tires dressed and everything. Paul even tried to Extract the Broken Antenna from the base — He said he would have replaced that too but he didn’t have a base. (Extras he does sometimes) So I paid a little bit more than the insurance check and the Car looked great when it was finished. It was about 8 days after I emailed Paul the Shop copy and he had all the work done. Some trim had to be ordered from the Mainland. Fast he and his team did all the work. the Waipahu industrial area is clean and easy to get to — Great Service an the work is Flawless. Oh and Dent Armour never answers their phone on the other dents — see if I buy that service again. All nice looking again after Baba’s got finished with it.

Awesome place I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Staff is super friendly and work done is usually within a week after parts come in. Great place!

We love Paul & Willy they are professionals both our vehicles were repair at different times. I am so in love with my SUV again and my husband is so happy we finally fixed his side moldings his Ford F150 it’s new again. We received our cars in fabulous conditions wash, vacuum and wax no hassles they are flexible with their schedule. They care about you and we’re treated like family.

The best service and best work ever!
The right passenger door and front bumper are badly dented and scratched from an accident.
Geico gave me an estimate and cut a check. Paul looked at my car and immediately found out that there were additional damages geico didn’t list. On top of it, the check wasn’t properly signed. They talked to Geico and get everything resolved. I didn’t have to go through any pain.
They dropped off my car today. It looks amazing. Better than it ever has been. The dent and scratch are all gone. Everything looks brand new and they even washed and waxed my car.

I’ve had work done on my car by the superb team at Babas Auto Gloss three times now and every single time I’ve been blown away by their restorative magic. Two visits were to fix minor collision damage to my vehicle that occurred while my car was parked. The other visit was to fix a bunch of door dings, dents, and deeper scratches that had accrued over time. After the repairs were finished, they also took the time to wash, wax, and vacuum the inside of my car, always leaving my vehicle looking brand new.
During my last visit, instead of having me wait for the rental car shuttle after I dropped off my vehicle, Mrs. Baba drove me over to the car rental place herself in her own personal vehicle. This is just another example of their exceptional level of service and professionalism that separates them from the rest.
I don’t usually spend the time to write reviews, but It’s the least I could do after the amount of time, effort, and level of care Paul, Todd, and the rest of the team have put into taking care of me and my vehicle. I highly recommend Babas Auto Gloss.

I had my 2010 Honda Civic repaired by Paul at BaBa Auto Body this past April although his repair was the second highest, by about $ 200.00, I had him do the repair to my back fender which was slightly dented above the wheel and had several scrape marks on the rear bumper. He sanded and sprayed the clear coat from the aft fender through the entire length of the rocker panel as well as the upper roof line sill to where it meets the windshield, He explained this to me that by not doing it this way the paint and clear coat will have irregularities. I had 3 other estimates given to me and 2 of the other places although cheaper would not repair my car using this method the other place was way overpriced by at least $ 500.00 and I was told would take at least a month to repair. It took 4 days for this repair and I can’t tell where the damage was. He did a excellent job.

Paul and his crew did an excellent job of taking care of my car. A neighbor backed up into my hood and bent it in. Paul suggested to change the whole thing. He took the time to thoroughly explain what they were going to do and why. Parts took about a week to come in and once I dropped off my car, it was ready 4 days later. The paint for BMWs are a bit more complex and they did an awesome job of matching the paint color and making my car look good. When I picked up my car, it was cleaned inside and out! Best service, price and work I have seen so far from body shops. Highly recommend them!

Baba’s did a great job fixing up my BMW after it needed some dent repair and paint. They made my car look brand new! They really are all about quality with the best possible price. Paul and Willy are so friendly and professional; they are always so willing to make sure to give you the best possible customer service. Paul Baba of Baba’s Auto Gloss is THE BEST!!! My wife got into a small fender bender about a month ago and we took the car in to Baba’s to redo the fender. After 3 days, our car was just like new AND it was washed and wiped down. We were absolutely thrilled with the work that was done.
Just today, my wife rolled over something with her bumper so we took it in to have it looked at for an estimate. Paul ended up dropping what he was doing even though it was towards the end of the work day and was able to fix things REALLY FAST right then and there.
They have the nicest and friendliest staff and I recommend them for ANY job– big or small. They have pride in what they do and it shows in their work. I’ll definitely go back there again for all my body shop needs.

In a fender bender — Baba’s Auto Gloss is the ONE! They are so amazing, I had a small fender bender that had to be fixed right away and they had the most amazing service! They picked up, delivered AND washed my car — it looked brand new.
