I have always been skeptical about personal trainers because all the ones I have had seem to try and mold me into the programs they have instead of molding the program to fit me. Marlon isn’t like that. He takes into consideration your goal and creates a program that he feels is best to get you on the right track to achieving your goal. He is also a wellness coach and can help you change your diet to fit your goal as well. I have been his trainee for 3 weeks now, with 8 sessions and already have lost 8 lbs! Plus, he is the cheapest trainer I have found on the island. He does individual sessions, group sessions, even email sessions. He will keep you motivated during the exercise and inbetween sessions! Call him and you will be glad you did!
