Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Came here a half hour before closing. Got great service and a great car for the week at a fair price. Good to know there are other options for locals other than renting from the airport.

Second time using this location… great service last time & so far this time. The first truck’s seat didn’t work. They switched me out easily.

The best Enterprise EVER, the guy Brian, was awesome. He was quick and very helpful. I recommend this place if you live around Wahiawa or Mililani, or Schofield.

The staff is friendly, professional and thorough. Brian the manager is great! When I rented, there was always a car to suit my needs. This location is now my choice for car renting.

My sister and I had the greatest customer service experience at this rental location. Brought us back to our younger days, growing up in Hawaii when there was so much ALOHA going around and people were truly nice and hospitable. When we visit «home», it’s always good to encounter people who still have that aloha way.
Nicole was awesome. She was responsive to our needs (which was a last minute decision to rent a car so that we could make an appointment at the U of H to do some genealogy research). I gave up hope of renting a car when she said she had no cars in her fleet until that afternoon. But Nicole surprised us by calling us back right away to let us know a car had been returned early. She wasted no time in arranging for a pick up at our family member’s home that we were visiting with.
Tua picked up my sister and I. We didn’t wait long considering there was road construction everywhere. Tua was personable with an interesting back story. When Nicole was busy, Tua took over our transaction. It was seamless and with the same friendly attitude and excellent customer service. They were a great team.
Thank you Nicole and Tua for making our rental experience a smooth and expeditious one. Had it not been for you, we wouldn’t have found a part of my father’s past in the library archives at U of H.

This was my first time doing a Rent-​a-​Car due to my PARKED car being in an accident. When my car was being repaired at Tony Group Collision Center (a different Unilocal review), I got picked up with Enterprise.
Upon arriving to this location, I was a bit lost entering the store because I did not know that the enterprise booth was in the back of the store. Nicole T. was so energetic by giving me a wave saying we’re here.
My rental was a Chevy Malibu for about 7 – 8 days when my car was in the shop. I told Nicole that this was my first time doing a rent a car. She was so reassuring, knowledgeable and organized on giving me the run down on my transaction before driving away. The transaction was very prompt, fast, and under 5 minutes. Nicole and another young lady (I haven’t quite got her name) were really pleasant with me. I recommend these people and service for anyone.
The drivers that transported me back and forth were really nice. We had small talk and they seemed to love their job.

Due to being rear-​ended and left without a driveable car for over a month because First Insurance of hawaii is a scam operation, I rented a car from Enterprise in Waipio. Trust when I tell you that had I known that renting a car would have been this quick, easy and pleasant, I would have rented from here 10-​seconds after my car got totaled!
My entire transaction from start to finish was handled by Nicole. She is an extremely pleasant, friendly and very helpful individual and went the extra mile to get the vehicle that I wanted to rent from another location.
I cannot say enough good things about either Nicole or Enterprise Waipio. The only down side to the entire experience is that I am far too old to ask Nicole for a date!

Back to Enterprise… again, while car was repaired. They’re now stocked with LOTS of 2013 Honda Fit vehicles. Super sweet on gas, perfect for parking in town or anywhere, really, on Oahu. Plus, we always wanted to test drive one, so this worked out pretty great.
Customer service is still on point. Pickup when they say they will. Value pricing. VERY new fleet. Clean cars that run well; we’ve never had to call for roadside assistance.
We did need to call Enterprise to ask where the fuel release button was, and they picked up right away and helped us out.
Easy contract, easy drop off, easy easy easy. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes for pickup; less than 5 minutes for drop off. Does it get better than this? I don’t think so, unless it was free.
And yes, still ask for Bettina. She is awesome on customer service. Erin too.

Had great service here. Bettina the assistant manager was nothing but professional and sweet. Will only use this enterprise location in the future!

Unilocal 365 Challenge #117/​365
We had to rent a car this past weekend because my husband’s truck was in the shop. Originally, I will look through Budget, Thrifty, Alamo… the big honcho’s of the car rental business. But, it seemed as if they were out of cars for the particular days I wanted.
So, I chose Enterprise. Why… I have no idea. But, when I looked at their prices. It was way cheaper than the other car rentals and I knew why… it was fate for me to get the cheaper, quality chicken.
Another plus, they had a location closer to us than the airport.
I reserved online and we were off to the Waipio location.
Note: If you are planning on renting from this location and you’ve never been there before… they are located in the Tony Autoplex (Nissan) right across from Costco.
Anyhow, the staff, Ray was very helpful. He made sure all our information was squared away and then inquired the purpose of our rental. When we shared about the truck, he advised us to bring in the receipt or work order of the truck because this will minimize the cost of our rental. He then reviewed the other options available (extra coverage, liability, etc) as well as reminding that the car needed to be returned with a full tank.
I was given a Jetta, which was clean and very nice (I still prefer my Nissan Altima). :)
On Monday, we returned the car and it was quick-​the girl who was working that day reviewed our paperwork that included our repair shop receipt. Our actual cost was to have been $ 155 for four days but the total was $ 134…for FOUR DAYS. That’s cheap.
Another plus about Enterprise is that if you are seeking to rent a car from them and you have no way to get to the location, they will pick you up.
Great service and prices. I highly recommend them.

Pick up service was fast! They took me back to process the paperwork and initially, I ended up with a Dodge Caliber. Since the walk through showed a lot of obvious scratches, they offered me an upgrade from a standard sedan to an SUV at no additional charge! Only thing was had only ¹⁄₈ tank of gas left… Not a problem for the free 2 step upgrade. They even let me pick up my rental a day prior to pick up! Dropping off was a little longer since it was the end of the day and a lot of customer were checking their cars in and awaiting drop off at nearby shops. Might need additional employees towards the end of the day. Mahalo Enterprise!
