Was there a few days ago, and purchased over $ 200 worth of merchandise. The store had a promotion in which you get a free bag of you spend over $ 75. I wanted to split up my order into two purchases so I could receive two of the free bags. One for me and one to be used as a gift. The cashier wasn’t sure what to do, so she asked the manager on duty. The manger said«no». So much for customer service.

Unfortunately, after the recent experience I had here… I will never shop here again. I walked in to buy clothes for my daughter who was 18 months at the time. She’s a girly girl like her mommy and absolutely LOVES jewelry. Walked over to their accessories located directly in front of the store. My daughter chose a necklace out so I told her I would purchase it for her. She wanted to wear it so I openly put it around her neck as we shopped some more. As we walked towards the children’s items, an employee gave my daughter the most evil look you could possibly give an innocent baby. I didn’t think anything of it but after we paid for everything and started walking out the door, the same employee with the evil eyes shouted out«you need to pay for that necklace!!!» I was so furious at this point because she falsely accused us of stealing(which is illegal) and was completely embarrassed in front of all of the other customers thinking I was a thief! I later found out that employee was an ASSISTANTMANAGER. I shouted back to her that the item was paid for, her coworkers confirmed it, and I walked out. Later my mom and I went back to file a complaint against her, only to have the store manager back her up and lie to me saying she spoke with the district manager and had her written up. I later spoke with the district manager myself about the entire situation a couple days later because she was on a BUSINESSTRIP and found out the store manager did not notify her about what happened. This store is managed by undertrained, deceiving people.

This is my favorite store to shop at in Waikele Premium Outlets. Every time I come they have new things and they look good on me. Plus the workers are extremely helpful with assisting you to find the look you want. They have also been honest with opinions of different clothing. They employees have walkie talkies which makes communicating fast when one is hanging around the dressing rooms and the other is on the floor walking around. Crystal helped me along with another worker on my most recent visit. I needed clothing for Unilocalapalooza and I was able to pick up an awesome shirt, blazer, and pair of jeans. I picked up a second pair of jeans in a different color, same design, because I liked it so much. I highly recommend coming here if you’re in need of fashionable clothing at sort of reasonable prices. It’s about half of what you would spend at high end stores. Guess is located near the end of the mall near Saks Fifth Avenue.

Excellent pricing. Great range. Definitely worth a visit if you like the products, much much cheaper than shopping at the stores in the City or even at home(Sydney) Plenty if staff on hand.

The worker named Fria was SUPER helpful in finding exactly what I wanted. She has such a positive vib that it made shopping here so comfortable. Even though Waikele is far, I’m already looking forward to returning to the store and shopping again. Hopefully Fria will be working and she can help me again!

Heeeeey sexy ladies!!! I love coming here to buy jegginjeggings. They always fit my legs so great. You should seriously buy your jeggings from here. I have got a small ass but bought these jegginjeggings that make my butt look like a big butt. As funny as that may sound, I am being so serious. I love their pants too. Also, childrens clothing are cheap and affordable here. Especially during the holidays and for birthdays. Good price for recognizable brand.

What better time to go shopping than during sales, especially at Waikele. It’s either I find something I really like, that fits and I’ll buy or I can’t find anything at all and shouldn’t be spending on unnecessary items in the first place. Looking from the front to the back of the store, I picked up only an item or two. Once I reached the back, one of the sales associate came by and asked if I needed assistance and if I was ready to go to the fitting room.(Her names’ Nikki) She seemed really energetic and friendly. Looking at the items I chose she said to me that she had other similar ones that she thought I’d like also. Once she led me to the fitting room she headed to get the other items for me. I’ll admit I actually liked one of the items she chose and did purchase.( – the maroon top) Along with that, I got a red dress. Quick at the cashier. No line, they do take the Guess card, that I didn’t know and thought it only applied to non outlet stores. They even bring your back around though it seems unnecessary.

Wendy. What more can I say? No, really?! Sometimes all it takes is for someone at a store to: a) happily help you find jeans to try in your size b) give your unabashed opinion of how it looks c) cheerfully encourage you to try more styles and sizes d) ask co-workers for help in finding more in your size e) brighten everyone who enters the dressing rooms with your smile f) show that you really care about the customer Yes, Wendy, please take a bow!

So, I decided to check in here to see if they have a good deal. And yes, it was a really a good deal! They have 50% on their clearance rack and I couldn’t resist to grab 6 tops. The material was so soft and they have the XS that I need. The customer service was great also. They were being helpful with my size and the colors that I need. I would come back here hopefully every month from now on.

I am so bummed, you guys. I love and shop often at Guess stores and online. I even would have held a vigil for when the Waikiki location closed if it wouldn’t be so strange to do so. But this Guess is not the Guess I know and love. It is also the only Guess I’ve been to but haven’t spent a dime at. Because there is nothing for me to spend my money on. In all my visits.. .. Ever. To be fair, this Guess store has AMAZING stock. The shelves are always full with a wide array of styles and color options, and I usually see a near-complete size run of everything. The prices aren’t all going to be dirt-cheap, but it’s quite a savings compared to the regular store prices. ***HOWEVER: I don’t know what it is, but even though the size category exists for the brand, I have yet to find anything in an XS for men. What the heck is up with that? Provided, I’ve always known that XS was scarce at Guess, but I’ve also noticed over the years that their stock had improved in Hawaii. Which is good since us Asians, especially the FOB kind, tend to remain compact well into adulthood. So why you hatin’ on some of your littlest-biggest fans, Guess? Obviously, we can’t help it if our ancestors were Hobbits.. . From Asia, that is. In a perfect world, my entire closet would be filled with Guess product. I identify with the brand’s comfortable upscale casual styles more than any other. Since I shop so much at your stores, don’t I deserve the luxury of outlet mall discounts? It would be an understatement if I said I have better luck finding stuff online or the sale racks at the regular stores because clearly those are my only options. It’s just a matter of selection; XS will never have as rich of a selection as size small and up. I shall end my rant here and attempt to make peace by saying I hope that business will continue to be well. As a loyal fan, I will keep trying, regardless.

Your basic teeny place to shop. The crew there is iffy, some days they are on it others they are not… but you go to the outlets to get bargains not be pampered… if you want service go shop at nordstrom. if you want some good deals, as the customer service desk for the coupon book, its free if you are a AAA member.

Why is it that every time I go here I never get a sincere greeting? Just because its an outlet store doesn’t mean you have to lower your customer service, I’m just saying. Besides the empty hellos, there prices are reasonable and they are stocked with a lot of merchandise. It is an outlet store and at times the sale racks can get a bit messy and neglected by workers and also making me feel like I’m shopping at ROSS. Sometimes its not even worth fighting those hangers that I just browse from afar and if I see something sticking out then I take a quick glance at it. I use to work for a clothing store so I understand how busy it can get sometimes but it doesn’t take a whole lot of time to just stick the hangers back in. But I continue to go here because the prices are good and that’s all that matters. right??? Hmmm let me just stick to that theory for now.
