Everyone who works here seems to be very pleasant except for the person who cut my hair a few times. Unfortunately, i will have to rate this place a zero. I would never go here again. She calls herself TJ. She is rude n confrontational. She also Unilocal n gives everyone bad reviews. She also owes me $$$, so explains why she is hostile. Take my advice n avoid Linda Kamihara. She cant do hair or coloring, right. The sweetness of low cost is forgotten long after the bitterness of poor quality.

I would give this place zero if I could! I called day before to ask for general quote for single color application and the lady who answered couldn’t give me a general quote! I explained over and over again the length and thickness of my hair and that I just want an all over color. I understand that I can’t get an exact quote but it’s outrageous that you can’t get a general quote! Customer service 101 tells you that you should never leave your customer wondering and dissatisfied when getting off a phone call with them. She was so defiant and rude over the phone which pissed me off. I normally go to a different hair salon but i wanted to find a cheaper place just for an all over color but they just lost a potential customer! Business etiquette you never say you don’t know to a customer but rather say I will find out or give at least a general idea! What I was asking for was very simple! She also mentioned to come in next day at 11:30am since I had made an appointment for my BF to get hair cut and we both did. When we got there there was one hairstylist that took him in right away and the other Filipino lady who I had spoke with on phone night before totally ignored me and had a customer she just started on! Wtf?! She told me on phone night before after repeatedly saying she doesn’t know the price for my hair color to just come in and when I do she ignores me?! Good one! Sorry for the rant but this place is just ridiculous! Lol btw update — her name was Flora!

Aunty Dana is the best! Prom hair, trims, new hair styles, color, you name it. I’ve seen her do amazing things with hair. She’s great (: !

The one and only reason I come here is because of stylist Vanessa. My familiy and I will only go to her as she is a perfectionist in her art. She is up to date on the current up to date fashions and is very good at what she does. Recommends what hairstyles are best for your face shape and what products to use. Customer service is top notch!
