Not only he is a gifted artist, but also has a customer service mind set. True business professional. Ohana-​like consultations, reasonably priced. Nick is professional about appointments, he is prepared before you get in and consults about what he is going to do. Not like how other artists get cocky about their talent and forget about customer service.
So far I had two sessions with Nick and was taken care of. The first session I had a complaint about my tribal not being the way I wanted it to be. He took care of it and found a way to make it look better than I originally wanted. Props to helping fix my complaints. The second session I had with him he blasted exactly as the pic I sent him.
I highly recommend this shop and will refer everyone who wants to get a tattoo!

I chose this shop because it was clean. I also looked through the work done by Nick and I really liked it, but what really got me to go here was my aunty and uncle recommending this place.
I’m very happy I went here to get my first tattoo. They were friendly and I didn’t feel uncomfortable. I got it done 3 days ago, the day before my birthday and I was very satisfied. Thank you :)

If you want a clean shop this is the place to go… And a sought after artist. Hands down one of the best in the island… He knows his craft and with a reasonable price… All good yah!!!

Took me about 6 months after moving back home to pick a tattoo artist I was comfortable with, had skills and didn’t over charged for a quality piece.
Ran into Nick at the 2013 PIAE, made an appointment and got a great cover up Koi on my right leg that took 3 hrs. Came out awesome. Got in touch with him at the 2014 PIAE and finished up my leg last night. Same result. Will def. return.
Nice location, clean shop and a big screen TV to keep you entertained.

Nick is amazing! Very professional and knows what he is doing. First off he draws on you not on a paper then transfers. This was something I was afraid of but if you really think about it they are artist and your body is the canvas. He was very helpful with my questions and really nailed what I wanted.
My first piece was on my wrist. He did this piece so quick and made it look just amazing! Speed wasn’t for a reason it just proves that he know what he is doing. I told him what I wanted and the style of writing I wanted. He took what I said and made it his own.
Second piece was on my rib cage just under the breast. I told him what I wanted it to say and that I wanted a girlie style writing with a cross and again he nailed! He even double checked the spelling to make sure it was right. Spell check is a great quality in a tattoo artist!
Third was a small add on to and existing piece. He placed it perfectly and made it blend well. This was also something we discussed while in his studio and not something I planned on 100% before scheduling the appointment.
Overall if you are looking for a place to get some work down this is the place! Without a doubt I can say I am completely satisfied with Nick’s work and will be back for more! On an up side he is very affordable :-)

Nick is the artist that has done majority of my work. He is a very talented man. He is quick and very reasonably priced like any tattoo you need a consultation first. All in all I think I got around 12 hours of tattooing in with him and a total of six tattoos done from him. He is very professional! A ton of my friends have gotten tattoos from him as well after I did, so it only shows how good of an artist he is. :)
The shop is located off of Kamehameha Highway across of Times Supermarket and Aloha Gas Station. It’s in the same building complex as City Nails, Mobi, and Blazin Steaks on the far left hand side. You can’t miss it.

Nick is an incredibly talented artist. He drew my tattoo from scratch, I approved, and he completed it in a little over two hours. His prices are well worth his work. I am absolutely in love with my new back piece. I would check out his work on facebook and give the studio a call to make an appointment. Nick is a true artist and great tattooist.

My sister and I went in and got matching tattoos. Nick was able to squeeze us both in before his next job and he did an awesome job.

Artist/​Owner Nick Nakashima is an amazing artist! You wont find any flashboards in his shop. Only his portfolio book of some of his work. He is all about custom work… as how every tattoo should be. But if there is a portrait or drawing you would want to do, Nick will work his magic and do an awesome job!
He has an incredible mind for every type of art you want on your skin. black and grey… color…japanese…animation.portraits…tribal…anything!
And you won’t be paying some crazy Waikiki prices either. His prices are more than resonable for the outstanding tattooing that he does!
And his shop is very clean through out… and his air conditioning is set on cold… so if you have thin skin… bring a jacket.:)
So give Nick or Jo a call to set an appointment. Walk in customers are welcome if he is not busy. but that’s rare.
