1÷8÷16 Service is very pleasant and very helpful.
Called and spoke to Dori, asked if they were available and she said Yes. I said I’m waiting for a parking stall at LS transmission and she said that’s fine, they’ll be opened till 400pm.
Apparently JG TOWING and LS TRANSMISSION works well together.
Joe got to my car about 330pm and dropped off at shop. I received a courtesy call from Joe to say he just dropped off my car and he apologize for being late due to traffic. He didn’t have to apologize, I was so grateful he got to my car.
When they apologize like that, you know you chose the right towing company!

Wow I couldn’t be more satisfied with a towing company! I just had my truck towed from Kam Highway to Ewa Beach and it was $ 100 (not bad in my opinion)
Anyways, to start off, other places were saying that it would be a few hours until they could get to us, JG got to us in about 20 minutes! So plus side there
Next, the driver skillfully got to our truck that was in a tough spot and got us jacked up in no time.
I’m sad I forget the driver’s name (he said it kind of quickly while introducing), but he was SO NICE! He was very genuine and easy to talk to. I definitely thought it might be one of those awkward cab driver situations but not at all! He dropped us off at Ewa Beach Goodyear in a breeze, no sketchy driving or anything
Then he asked my wife and I how we were getting home, and when we told him we’d «figure it out» he quickly said he’d take us home! And we live pretty far out of the way in Iroquois Point
Anyways, I’d give my experience ¹⁰⁰⁄₁₀₀. Definitely get your vehicle towed from here

The rating for this company isn’t no hype by owners friends. I am a guy who seriously needed help and was short on cash especially after knowing I will drop a good amount for car repair. This place was definitely a great deal compared to other places. Literally charged me $ 100+ less than the others. Fast service. Told them the time I’ll be back and they were there ready to go and was out of there quickly. Driver (forgot his name) was very professional. I had to edit because I forgot to add one other great thing. I wasn’t available until 10pm and they surely accommodated and help me out even if they closed at 9pm. Definitely a plus in my book. I am not one to normally recommend a place but this is definitely a recommendation. All my other reviews are all bad experience and this has been my only good that a review with a 5 star. Only bad thing I can say is why haven’t I found this place sooner. Most towing company I’ve experienced are grumpy people. This was a good change. Hopefully I won’t need it but will definitely keep the card in case I need it again or good friends and family need a tow truck.

I would give more STARS if they allowed it!!! Joe from JG Towing is top notch! He is our go to guy for our towing needs and we refer all our customers that need towing services to him. JG is very Dependable, Professional and very reasonably priced!

i cannot say enough about jg towing. when im stalled on the side of the road «who am i going to call?» jg towing! i called him and within mins. he was there, just like he said he would be. he was fast, honest & safe. i knew my car was in good hands while i watched him pull my bmw on to his flatbed. he made sure that everything was secured fastened down tightly. he showed respect as well as polite. he reversed my car right into my driveway & unloaded it professionally. i could not suggest any other tow company to call on when your stalled. jg towing is dependable, reliable, respectable & most of all honest.
