I bought my yaris back in July 2013. That same month I wanted to tint the windows and was recommended to have it done by Mobile Audio Concepts. Nolan, took very good care of my windows. He let me know that the tint I wanted wasn’t safe for daily driving and I went with legal tint. In an hour or so my Yaris was fully tinted and I was ecstatic. This company cares about their quality of work. It’s been over 2 years and my tint is still in pristine condition! I’d definitely be back if I get another vehicle. He took my scratched up new car that I unfortunately bought new from Cutter Mazda Waipahu (DON’T EVER BUY A CAR FROM THEM! THEY SUCK! BUT THAT’S ANOTHER REVIEW THAT I’LL BE DOING AFTER THIS!) and turned the scratched up surfaces to a near mirror like finish!!! Of course realistically there will always be some scratches, especially on a black car but from what I started with and having the dealership’s detailing dept NOT being able to fix any of the scratches or blemishes, or the second detailer saying it was too scratched up to fix, so 3’s the charm! Mobile Audio Concepts ROCKS!!! I am amazed and in AWE!!!

Husband brought my car in today ⁶⁄₇ to the NEX parking lot service area. Not at all pleased with quality of work.
Requested interior cleaning only. And interior was not 100% cleaned. Smudges on passenger side door, dash board, shifter, vents, guages and center console not cleaned, interior windows not cleaned and back hatch area not shampoo. The floors and seats are the only things we are ok with. Wanted to charge him $ 350, but paid $ 260 where now I have to finish the cleaning myself. Will not return nor would not recommend this company.

I have recently moved to Hawaii and purchased a new economy vehicle. That was very costly move so I was looking for a shop to install tint at a decent price.
I called Mobile Audio Concepts and was given a super value for ceramic tint. They can demo ceramic and regular tint for you and you’ll feel the difference just how well the ceramic tint keeps out heat. Installation time was very fair as long as you schedule ahead of time.
After a few days I found bubbles that had not gone away, so I brought it back to the shop and they had no problems with scheduling an appointment to fix the bubbles or replace the tint if it couldn’t be fixed. All of their tint products are backed with lifetime warranty transferable with any authorized retailers.
They also have awesome detailing packages and products that helps beat Hawaiian weather. My favorite part is seeing rain just run off the clear coat! After applying their special coating, maintenance is just a clean microfiber towel and water. No more water spots!
If there was an issue with any installation speak with Mike so he and his team can take care of you. Mike takes huge pride and ownership of the work done to your vehicle and will do what he can to help out his customers.

Wow. I am so beyond impressed with this shop. Not only are they affordable and have great customer service, but their quality of work is unmatched. I have been searching for weeks for a shop to do auto detailing and water spot removal and everyone was quoting insanely high prices. So glad I found Mobile Audio Concepts! I will be recommending to everyone I know.

Stopped by and they were able to do my two front windows (SUV) in less than 30 min as a walk in! Tint looks great, and they were fast! Actually dropped what they were doing on another vehicle to knock out mine as a walk in!

My friend and I both went and got our car detailed inside and out and we are both beyond pleased with our results! Our cars look practically brand new! We worked directly with Mike; the owner, and he and his crew were all very professional, and they do tell you the prices before they begin working on your vehicle, plus there’s a huge sign that lists all the starting prices. Customer service is as good as its get here. They removed dents, scratches and stains from our cars that we had been trying to get rid of for months. My friends tires were so shiny they could be used as mirrors. As long as I’m in Hawaii, I will never settle for a mediocre car wash again unless its from Mike and his crew. I definitely recommend this business to anyone in Hawaii who wants the life brought back to their car.

Thanks for your feedback Mike but I do stand by my experience. And for the record sir, by no means was my wax free or comp’d as you just posted. I would not allow that on principal and I paid as agreed upon originally.

Fast. Friendly. The price is right.
Yes I’m the kind of person that wait till the very last minute. My tint was illegal and the last day of the month I decide to attempt to get my safety.
Scrambling around trying to find someone to take off my tint that day. Mike was the only one available on the spot with a 10min wait.
I feel like it’s not a good location from them cause they are hiding in the industrial part of Waipahu. So I hope this helps.
