If I could give them zero stars and complete this review, I would! I was less than impressed w the service, but the quality of the sandwiches and cookies were terrible! The bread was definitely over cooked, they put less meat than every other subway I’ve been to(even when I asked), and the cookies are burnt! I will NEVER go back to this subway!

Dispite living in Mililani where we have 3 subway locations this tiny little space tucked away near Costco has quickly become my favorite shop. I can’t name a single employee that has stood out because the entire staff as a unit is amazing. They are all smiles and talk and make jokes, but at the same time if there is a rush they operate seriously and smoothly. They are good at following directions too and you rarely have to repeat yourself to them. This location feels better managed than any of the ones in Mililani, it seems not as hectic and even though I know that all Subways are supplied by HPC Foods Ltd. everything seems fresher at this specific location.. .Food has more flavor from produce to bread and meats. They really give you a lot here too, even with our crazy creations. This location has earned my 5 star for a great staff and awesome builds.

The customer service is ahhhh… Ok I guess… But the sandwich are made good. The one girl making my sandwich was very generous with the topping. There was a long line but they kept the sandwiches moving along fairly well. If you’re looking for awesome customer service look somewhere else. If you want a good sandwich in a convenient location… Here it is…

Came here to have lunch & didn’t read the reviews that were made of this place on Unilocal,yikes! But since we are here at the moment & I stuffed a footlong of Italian BMT& my mouth is still burning because the girl who made my sandwich squeezed the sarirachi sauce a little bit TOOMUCH on my sandwich that now I am in mere agony drinking and eating ice as if I am low on iron. Besides almost needing to call 911 due to a fire in my mouth, the service wasn’t so bad, if only they could place a SMILE on one of the girls faces then maybe I will be more then a happier customer whatever it may be I’m probably still irritated that my sandwich was just soaked in mustard & sarirachi hot sauce smh. Overall not my favorite subway & once I heard about that one ingredient in the bread. yeah probably won’t eat Subway until they omit that.

I’m sorry Subway but until you reformulate your bread to omit the rubber, we cannot continue to consume your food as frequently as we’d done in the past. Parking out front; we’ve never had trouble finding a stall. I have however stood in line for more than 15 min. Not so bad during rush hour but when there are only a couple of people in front of me and it takes that long before I’m able to even order, that’s pretty bad. They are generous enough with their toppings but man people; when folks are in line please… speed it up a bit!

Not a very good Subway! I was totally ignored when I was the only customer in the store!!! The employee was preparing 5 footlongs for a catering order. I have no problem waiting… but to be completely ignored? Not a «Hi», or «I’ll be right with you Sir». Nothing!!! I just walked out after standing there 5 mins without being acknowledged!!! Until today, I went there everyday for lunch. Never again. I tried to call during working hours twice to speak with a manager or owner, but no one answered the phone AND no answering machine. I looked inside and outside the restaurant for a number to call but nothing is posted. Obviously a poor run Subway.

PRO: Location. Right next to Flagship Fastlube, where I take my car to be serviced, as well as Costco, where I do half of my weekly shopping. Drop off car, eat at Subway, shop at Costco, pick up car. Sometimes, walk over and pick up a cup of coffee from Starbucks. SO, yes, location is good. For me. CON: Service. This has to be one of the two worst Subway locations, as far as customer service goes. The workers always seem to be in a rush, and they never, never, smile.
