I’m giving this 1 star due to the customer service! I went in yesterday to get a new phone and the didn’t seem like he didn’t want to help me. That’s fine I knew what I wanted, but then come to find out that I accidentally took my jump off. Instead of helping me or even trying to assist me and my situation he kept said you can get a phone for this amount of $.

I have been with AT&T since the beginning of time for me. I seen a lot of the T Mobile commercial so I figure I’ll go and check it out. My normal bill with AT&T is $ 888 monthly so quite frankly I was getting kind of frustrated on paying a high phone bill even though I love the service. I have 4 smart phones, 2 tablets and 2 smart watches. I went into tmobile and Melvin assisted me. He advise me and my husband on the savings that we could get with tmobile and that they pay out our financing with AT&T. Once I caught wind of the savings I immediately switched Melvin took care of us from the beginning to the end. So here is the profit if you’re thinking of switching.
1. Determine your needs and come to a solution.
2. Have your account number and all your phone numbers that you’re wanting to port ready for the representative.
3. Select a device you will have to turn in your current smartphone and get a tmobile phone.
4. Once you get your final bill you can either upload it on T Mobile’s website or you can go in and ask the representative for assistance and wallah.
I was very hesitant on switching to T Mobile. I didn’t know I still had the back coverage like AT&T does. After watching a few videos on YouTube of t-​mobile CEO John. He convinced me hands down that T Mobile is better than ever and is a company that will surpass its competitors. To this day I have no regrets on switching to T Mobile in fact I do receive better coverage than AT&T. And I’m enjoying a bill that is under $ 300 for the same type of service I had with AT&T. I highly suggest you go in and see Melvin if he’s not available alyssa is amazing.

Straight up bunch of F**K UPS!!! Worst store ever. Gonna be going to Ewa location from now on, even though it’s only down the street from me. Gave me such a hard time just to replace my phone, then when ordering my phone they put my order on regular shipping which is taking over 2 weeks to come in. The other T Mobile stores told me it should’ve been overnight shipping because I have insurance on the phone. Worst customer service ever!!!

Went to pay for my 400 dollars monthly payment forgot I’d was too early in morning I have money in my pocket more than my id… anyway was ready to pay bill but wanted to see the new LG phone with leather this little short local guy in pink shirt asking for I’d I said I just want to feel back he keep insisting on I’d I said you would take money but can’t touch phone at that time he started the small man syndrome made me laugh and him angry and told me to leave, anyway while I held my composure before sleeping I left but, for some reason I hope he enjoys his last days there cause… well nice to know people in the executive offices… anyway stay with tmobile they are good people.

Melvin hooked me up with a phone that i wanted Galaxy S5, Great customer service, very fast set ups with NO problems at all, Fast and Easy for me. Manager there helped me as soon as i step foot into the door. A++ i really don’t mind the 20 mins wait time as i can see they are busy.

Seriously think of putting an express lane or something… waited over 35 minutes just to print out one paper that took less than 2 minutes.

Shes absolutely AMAZEBALLS! Got me an affordable plan with unlimited everything, a new iPhone and a case all around $ 90.something. Shes quick, personable & über knowledgeable. I love love looooove it!
The other store reps are also very friendly and highly knowledgeable. So if you’re ever in search of a new phone check them out!

Got my Galaxy s2 note replaced as it broke, which was easy and the store was helpful with. My phone had a 6 month warranty after it being replaced. After 6 months my phone freezes and I take it to the store to get some technical support which did not happen.
Representative that helped me looked up my account, tells me that my warranty expired. And that was the end of it. I said, «aw thats okay then» then I left. What upsets me is that there was no offer to help me reset the phone correctly as that’s what it needs.
Turns out that after a day of research, that my Galaxy S2 note can be factory restored.
I’m lucky to be able to do my own research and fix my own phone. What bothers me is that, someone who isn’t as tech savvy would not have had this option, and be left with the option to purchase a new phone. Unhappy with the no offer to assist with tech support when there definitely would be at least one person in the store who knew these things.

This review is for their Customer Service toll free number, not this store itself. I’m signed up for auto-​pay and have had problems with Tmobile cutting off service for my two daughters’ cell phones on several occasions. It has something to do with the timing of when my credit card is charged and when they post the payment to the accounts. This time I spent 1 ½ hours trying to get my daughter’s phone activated. I was placed on hold many times and I was also cutoff 4 times and had to call back and explain my situation over and over. Finally a supervisor in Customer Care named Mel stayed on the line while trying to contact other areas within Tmobile to help resolve this problem.
It was highly frustrating because the service representatives are not very knowledgeable and appear to run through scripts and not using common sense nor do they seem to really care about your problem. Each area seems to only know their area and they are not able to help you work with the different areas to resolve the issue — they just transfer the call to another area. I even had a payment confirmation number in which the customer service rep did not want. They had me call my credit card company saying that the issue is with my card. In the end there appeared to be a problem on Tmobile’s side in which I got charged but the system did not apply the payment. Luckily Mel resolved my problem and said that he will follow up to see why the payment didn’t show up in their system even though it showed up in Tmobile’s Payment Center’s system.
Tmobile needs to improve the quality of their representatives and help the customer all the way to the end and not forward the customer to another area. Also fix their phone lines so that the customer is not cut off so many times. Or maybe they are hanging up on purpose since I was getting a bit upset.

Worst T-​Mobile I have ever been in. We went in to get a line put on our plan, The girl that was helping us (I forget her name) was very rude and not answering my boy friends questions at all, despite her condescending behavior there was no one we could switch to so we were stuck fumbling around with her. We decided on a phone and she ‘activated’ it for us. When we got home and tried the phone, turns out she put NONE of the plan we wanted on it. She had only put on data so we could not call or receive anything. Aren’t they suppose to do a test call or something? We were so mad after all we had explicitly asked her if the unlimited and international calling was now operational on the phone before we left (As you could tell we were questioning her competency from the start.)
I advise: NEVER GO TO THIS T-​MOBILE rude, small, and unhelpful staff

Not Military Friendly!
I am deployed to Korea and my wife went in with a POA to cancel my account and the manager refused to accept it. But they did somehow cancel my auto pay and caused me to miss 4 months of payments resulting in late payments on my credit score. Thanks for that you Ass Clowns!
When I contacted Customer Service (CS) from Korea via the internet, T-​Mobile has a military clause and would accept the POA. (BTW, my contract has expired now).
This sort of treatment towards deployed military and their families should not be rewarded with our business.
The T-​Mobile manager/​staff at this location is either shady or just plain stupid for not knowing the policies or even trying to support a military family member.
I have filed a formal complaint with the company CS and will file one with the FCC for this treatment and for unnecessarily damaging my credit.
I recommend the Manager be fired immediately!

Went in last week to switch carriers for 3 lines! Staff were friendly and the service was quick and professional Thanks to Rocky who helped me with opening my new lines!

Needed a phone just for emergency use for a limited time. Was going to just add a phone to my plan. The staff suggested a pay as you go and return it if I find my old phone. Great advice and customer service. Highly recomend.

They feed you a bunch of crap to open a line, I swear! $ 200 deposit for a year then I get my $ 200 back. A year later still no deposit back, check back in November they said, November comes, check back in December they said, December is long gone, march now and still you can’t give me the deposit? Keep it, use it to cut off my 2 year contract, I don’t want to pay $ 120 every month for a service you said will cost me less than $ 80. Thanks!

Came here looking to purchase a Mobile Hotspot. Was greeted right away by Rob and was asked how they could help me, told him what I was looking for and he put me with the next available sales person.
Carrie got my info and went to check if they had it in stock. It wasn’t in stock but would be in the next day. She also answered all my questions about cell phone plans as I am not a regular T-​mobile customer. When my current contract is up I’ll be seriously considering switching, just because of the excellent customer service! Not saying my current carrier isn’t good but here is sooo much better! Plan wise I think my current carrier has a better deal but that’s how much I value good customer service.
The next day I stopped by to pick up my mobile hotspot device which was in when they said it would be. Carrie was off but was helped by May. She set it up and explained how it worked.

Bought the samsung exhibit 2 from them and was badly overcharged. The same phone is at walmart for $ 170 less. Bye elsewhere and save money. insurance is also cheaper at walmart.

Giving this a 3 star because my husband just received the worst. customer service from a gal name Erin! This is the 3^rd phone that my husband needed to exchange due to «phone problems.» He did get an upgrade and his upgrade has been giving him problems since day 1. Went there once to try and get it fixed, but they just sent us a new one. Now 2 days later this so called new phone shuts off by itself and freezes. Went to T-​mobile to try and fix it and Erin told me to wait a few days then it may work. Really? Where’s the manager!!!

I come in here mainly to pay bills. When theres no one in the store, an employee always asks me to pay… but most times, the store is busy or all the reps are busy helping people out… so when its bill time, I go STRAIGHT to the automated bill payment center. That was a BRILLIANT idea. It is super fast, takes cash or credit card too! And the store ALWAYS looks clean!
I can be in and out of that store in less than 1 minute because of that payment center!
