This place is great! A cute hole in the wall where the drinks and food are good and the service is AWESOME! Ting and Val opened early so our Club could have the bar as a stop for an event we sponsored and from the beginning they were on top of everything! Being cash only can be inconvenient, however it’s not surprising that a smaller mom n’ pop type of place(especially in Waipahu) doesn’t take cards. I over heard Val scheduling another party while we were here and it sounded incredibly reasonable– especially since their food is so dam nomtastic! There are dart boards and I think karaōke too. I wish I could give them more stars!

A fun little local hole in the wall. Had a great time and the staff and patrons were all warm and welcoming. Cash only, but reasonable drink prices. I’ll be back.

I have mixed emotions about this«dive bar». It’s not really what me and my friends were looking for on a late Saturday night, but we did have a blast. That’s probably because we were dominating the karaōke and were perfectly fine entertaining each other since there was only one other group at a table behind us. Other than the small group of fabulous eccentric loud mouths that I was with, place was dead.(If I’m paying a sitter to have an adult night out, I wanna mingle with different like minded peeps that I’m more than likely never going to meet again!) The karaōke selection is outdated and the accompanying videos are cheesy as hell. There are dart boards, but other than that, nothing much to do. The only reason I’m giving them an extra star is because the food is amazing. You wouldn’t think so in a place like this. I almost ate two plates of fried pork! I couldn’t stop! I ate my own, plus I «nibbled» on some of my girlfriend’s plate! It’s salty, fried, juicy, crispy bits of yummy! The spam katsu is perfectly breaded, but the portions are too thick. It’s a $ 1 extra if you want it served with rice. Whaaa??? I can’t belIeve it’s a cash only place considering the food and drinks are pricey. The closest ATM is a walk to Walgreens in the middle of sketchy Waipahu! The alcohol selection is limited. The servers are friendly. Skip this place if you’re low on cash or looking to sing Bruno Mars or Arianna Grande. YOu’ll be limited to mostly Pinoy tunes or late 90’s.

Place takes only cash and this is a complete no for me to ever go back again, the service was okay, but da prices were extremely high. For a whole in da wall, and only cash you would at da least expect some specials or better pricing. It’s like drinking at a friends house and paying restaurant prices and they have no draft just beers outa der fridge fo $ 4.50 a pop. I have to say, hands down, da spicy poke I got broke da mouth, but disappointed for da inconvience of having to locate a nearby ATM across da road. I wouldn’t go again, call me a snob, but I live near da shack Mililani and I call that a hole in da wall, but every single day happy hour from 3 – 63 top shelf, way bigga, mo eye candy and mo T.V.‘s. Just wish I read somethin like dis, prior. Aloha

30+ yr. neighborhood bar… where the regulars and Aunties(staff) are family! Always a good time, be it low key anyway of the week with a few friends or parties… never a dull moment! The food never disappoints and alcohol is always flowing… but bring CA$H, NOPLASTIC taken here-no ATM either!

Small hole in da wall place. They have fried chicken skin, to die for! The papaya salad is a winnah! Friendly and attentive staff. A place to just hang and relax. Karioke, darts, or just to talk story. I come here most times to eat their so good food. Been coming here in like forever!

This is a hidden bar in Waipahu next to the old city mill, I love this place, very mellow, updated dart boards, great food. Fried calamari and chicken skin is awesome and most of all it is cheap

This place is by far my favorite bar as of now. I live around the corner and its a 5 minute walk. The staff and bartender is extremely nice to everybody and remember your name even after your first visit. Karaōke is $ 1 per song but that’s normal for most places on the island but everyone is always happy for anyone to show off their skills, or lack there of. No beers on draft, just bottles and cocktails. Food is incredible because it’s all done by an old Filipino lady. The 3 dart machines are an awesome addition to the atmosphere and everyone loves to cheer each other on. Plenty of flat screen TVs everywhere and they will give you the remote so you can watch whatever you like.

It’s a good hole in the wall bar located in Waipahu next to where City Mill used to be. They do have a parking lot on the side, otherwise there is a lot of street parking nearby. There have been break-ins in car, but they do have cameras facing certain parking areas. So I would suggest parking in those area, otherwise don’t leave your valuables in your car. They offer $ 1 karaōke and contains 3 live dart boards in a spacey area. Parties are also allowed if you inform them first. They do have a good selection of bar food. Just to name a few: fries, calamaries, spicy ahi, noodles, gyoza, katsu, chicken, etc. Drink prices are like most other bars. No drink specials tho. Nor do they offer beers on tap or pitchers, just in bottles and cocktails. Décor is really old school, a lot of the older crowd and regulars. Great atmosphere tho, the staff and crowd is very nice and friendly. Only down fall is that its CASHONLY, no cards accepted.

Just ate there tonight for the first time and we liked it a lot. I’m from Waipahu and never knew this place ever existed. Got here and it was pretty empty but was greeted by the friendly staff. Practically ate a feast here and thanks to Mama Ting for hooking it up! Fried Chicken Skin was definitely the business… that’s what you say ‘broke da mouth”. Beef Salad was also delicious! My friends and I will definitely come back for sure!
