After a long, and not so fruitful, relationship of over priced cable with very little customer service, I moved out to Boston from Saint Cloud. I cancelled my service before I left and turned my stuff in to their office in Waite Park. Over 2 years later, they are stating that I somehow cancelled my service and turned in my equipment 2 months after arriving in Boston. How is this possible? you may ask. I had to ask the same question, myself. When i called to dispute the 2 months of «service» while i was in a state they don’t offer charter in, I was told that they dont have any record of me calling in to cancel my services and that I turned my equipment in from half way across the nation. Charter is not upfront with their services and has terrible Customer Service over the phones. Although there are an extremely limited amount of companies to get cable from in the St. Cloud Area, i would avoid this company at all costs… unless you want to get charged over $ 180 for services you know you cancelled because they conveniently lost your records…
