Some locals dismiss this shop as catering to the elite or income set that would buy a $ 10K bike, but this shop is nothing short of excellent for anyone.

Ian is in my opinion the best bike fitter in the nation, both for roadies and triathletes.
I’m a retired triathlon and cycling coach, who always made certain my athletes had *perfectly* dialed in bike positions – otherwise overuse injuries are virtually certain to crop up. There are only 4 fitters in the country whom I insisted my athletes see: Andy Pruitt in Boulder, CO; Kevin Saunders in San Antonio, TX; John Cobb in Shreveport, LA; and Ian.
If you are within 5 hours drive of beautiful downtown Waitsfield, it’s worth your while to make an appointment at Fit Werx. Ian’s analysis and tweaks will improve your comfort, power and bike handling. It’s the best $ 250 you’ll spend on cycling.
