We contacted Pack Rat and they were professional and courteous from the beginning. Moving from CT to the Tampa area was a stressful time for our family, but moving our things was not. The container showed up on time and was delivered on time. They were very accommodating when we needed to get a few things out of the container and answered all the questions we asked. I also really appreciated the fact, that we were also the ones that could get into our container, for we were the only ones that had keys to the lock.

Great company! I rented a container from them to move from Chicago to Orange County California and they showed up right on time and the driver (Ryan) was very professional and informative. As promised, he stayed the two hours while we loaded up our container. We received our container at our new home in California in a little over a week which I considered to be very reasonable. I was able to schedule the delivery as soon as it arrived in my area which was nice. I didn’t give them five stars due to a couple of snags that occurred but I must say, they were quick to resolve any issues. This is an excellent company with outstanding customer service! Thank you to Marta, Summer, Valerie and Brady for your help. I will definitely use their services for my next move.
