Had an item personalized for a family member. Called to see if it was completed and hours of operation. Did not get a return phone call after message was left. Upon pick up the personalized name was not centered vertically. Unable to correct without damaging the item so I did not complain. However, I know now that going forward I will have to look elsewhere if I want it too look truly professional. For everyday stuff, or items that it isn’t a big deal, then this place is fine.
