Courteous, detailed customer focused all the things that come to mind when thinking of my recent experience at Caliber Collision. They are preferred by my insurance company and now I see why. Bonus is they have fresh popped popcorn bagged and ready for the taking while you are in the lobby… Nice touch Melanie and of the front desk staff are friendly and efficient.

Wow! What an amazing service I received on my car. When it was fixed and cleaned up, my 2014 Altima looked brand new again. I loved how the staff was friendly and professional. They greeted me with warmth. My service representative was very knowledgeable and considerate of my needs. The person (s) that repaired and detailed my car, you made me ecstatic. I really value and appreciate everyone that took the time to repair my vehicle. Thank you from my heart for a prompt and smooth service. God bless.

I was very happy with the service of my Toyota Prius on 2÷2÷16. I had a small accident that left a large amount of dark paint on my white car’s rear bumper and a small scratch. John, the manager, and his team were all extremely nice and understanding. The customer service I received while I was at their office waiting to have my vehicle repair was great! Everyone was so nice and accommodating. I received a quick evaluation and free estimate that resulted in full repair of my damages in under an hour at a very affordable price. I could not be happier with my service, and I highly recommend Caliber Collision for vehicle repairs!
