The true test of good customer service and character doesn’t happen when everything goes right. It happens when things go wrong. I’ve taken my 2002E250 conversion van to Christian Brothers in Wake Forest for a couple of large repairs. They did a great job replacing the rear differential, so when the rear air conditioning system failed I took it back to them to check it out. They replaced the compressor and thought that would do the trick. Not an inexpensive repair. We drove the van for a bit and the rear air failed again. So we took it back. They fixed a leaky O ring and sealed additional lines for not additional charge. We drove it again for a bit and the rear air failed again. So we took it back and they figured it out. They made additional repairs and again didn’t charge us for the additional labor or parts. They simply«made it right» as the owner promised he would. Not only that, but the owner personally delivered the van back to our house so we wouldn’t have to go get it ourselves. I’ve never been so well taken care of by any automotive service franchise. They truly live what they say on the rear bumper of their courtesy vehicle which says«love your neighbor as yourself.» I’m taking all my cars there now and I recommend you do the same.
