Pros:
1. Reasonably nice apartments. Loved the kitchen appliances.
2. Nice salt water pool.
Cons:
1. Loud pets. I had to move within the complex because my upstairs neighbor had terrible pets and the management staff would not enforce the pet rules.
2. Terrible parking. They promised to enforce parking rules for non-residents and never did.
3. Hidden fees. I was charged for replacement drip pans and some electrical bill fee even though I paid all my utility bills on time. Did they call me to discuss? Nope. Now I am getting a $ 17 security refund after returning the apartment in pristine condition.

Ever since Trade Street Residential bought out this apartment complex, the quality of living at the complex has declined significantly. The office staff is completely incompetent and is not well trained. In addition, they have come up with outrageous rules and extraneous monetary charges in order to make money. I have rented apartments for 7 years and never had an issue with office staff or felt unsatisfied living at an apartment complex. While the complex is beautiful, dealing with this they leasing company is not worth it. DON’T SIGN HERE!!!
