Dr. Gladwell and his staff are the best! Their office is very «kid friendly» and they are very easy to work with scheduling appointments. I highly recommend them!

I love this orthodontist office. It’s so fun for kids, they have games and contests and other fun stuff. The staff is all really nice, especially Dr. Gladwell. He is a very nice doctor and does a great job. My stepdaughter doesn’t even mind her braces or going to her appointments.

I just finished my Invisalign treatment with Dr. Gladwell and am extremely happy with the results. I never had any braces as a kid and always considered my teeth to be relatively straight. However, as I got older my bite was causing my bottom teeth to become crowded and my dentist informed me this crowding was going to make it increasingly difficult to keep my teeth clean and healthy. Based on what was going on with my teeth and being an older patient, Invisalign was completely the right choice for me. Throughout the entire process from initial consult to my last appointment, Dr. Gladwell and the assistants were always available to answer any questions I had and made me feel comfortable with my experience. Given my busy travel schedule, I was pleasantly surprised that I never had any scheduling issues for my appointments and the many ways to be reminded were extremely helpful. My teeth look great and I’m so glad I decided to go to Gladwell Orthodontics for my treatment. I’d highly recommend DRG for your orthodontic care.

I was a patient about a year ago. The facility is fancy, but (most of) the staff appeared snooty to me and not very kind. Dr. Gladwell scared me. I completely dreaded every single appointment.
They usually had fruit gummies and cookies as snacks in the waiting room. I never understood this considering kids with braces can’t eat the gummies.
I had top and bottom braces and they were much more expensive than what I’ve heard of other orthodontists in the area. My personal experience was negative, though I’m sure this is not always the case with this place.

Gladwell has thought of everything to make orthodontics the best experience possible. All the staff is excellent, friendly and helpful. They take the time to answer all my questions. Dr. Gladwell is fantastic with the kids and the parents too. We went serveral places before deciding on GO, but we’ve never once regretted our decision.
