If I could give 0 stars I would. I checked in online and arrived to find a customers wallet sitting on the counter. No employee noticed so I told the girl and proceeded to wait my turn. After waiting 20 minutes one of the stylists became available and promptly took a man that had just walked in the door in front of me. The managers response was «well you was next» can’t make this stuff up.

This location isn’t one of my favorites. I think the Wakefield location is better as far as doing a better job most of the time. The haircuts here are hit or miss. Last time I got home and my hair was noticeably uneven, but was during the $ 6.99 deal. The lady was talking so much and wasn’t paying attention to my hair. My husband and sons have gone there with mixed results as well. I do like the call ahead option.

Great store, great prices! Audra works magic on my daughters thick, long mop and she leaves the store looking fabulous every time. (Then we pop in to the nail salon next door for a special treat!)
The other hair stylists are funny, friendly and knowledgeable. We are always very well taken care of at this Great Clips location.

Great Prices, Great service. They do well with my jumpy son and we have never had any concerns with them. I like coming here because the haircut itself is inexpensive and I can spend the rest of the money I would at a fancier place on the tip to the stylist themselves.
