Wonderful customer service! The technician was very kind and thorough in his work and fully disclosed costs and if additional treatment was needed and why and did follow up sniffs. I had 2 couches and 2 loveseats cleaned. Guarenteed the smell would be gone or they would retreat the specific area for free.

Used these guys as they were on a referral sheet from our realtor. The technician came right on time, did a quick survey of what he was going to clean and gave me three options as far as protection and deodorizing and what not. He pointed out a couple of areas that may not come completely clean. I chose the basic service as it just needed cleaned right now.
The technician said it would be about an hour. From start to finish, he was here for almost two hours. He took his time to make sure everything was done the right way and completely. After he was done, the carpets looked years newer, and just so much fresher. I will definitely use them again!
