Triangle Family Dentistry

My wife and I love Triangle Family Dentistry. Since moving to Wake Forest from MA a little over two years ago, we started going to them and everyone has been great. We have seen Dr. Kiefer, Dr. Lee, and Dr. Boes and all have been fantastic. In fact, Dr. Boes removed my wisdom teeth in June of 2014 and the consultations were transparent and the procedure much easier than expected. The team of hygienists have been awesome and are always in a great mood. The office technology, modern waiting area, evening hours, and use of Pandora in the rooms are pluses as well when compared with other offices. Never had a problem with billing and looking forward to continuing our loyalty!

My whole family has been a patient at Triangle Family Dentistry for the last 2 years. I had issues with billing from day 1. I had considered finding a new dentist because I just didn’t feel 100% confident about this office. I personally had extensive dental work done for over a year. During that time I had a cavity that I noticed before the dentist did (I was in his chair 5 times in about 7 months). Next I was told my son had 2 cavities. When we went to get them filled a different dentist in the same office said he did not have any cavities. This was in 2013. In January my son and I went to get a cleaning and my son was told again that he had 2 cavities. I was also told I had 2 cavities. A week later I was told they no longer accept our insurance. The billing office started hounding me to pay immediately for my cleaning (even though I have paid them over $ 10,000.00 in the last year).
So we had to find a new dentist. The office not taking my insurance was the biggest blessing in disguise. Our new dentist found that I had 4 cavities and needed a crown replaced because of obvious decay. (I could feel it with my tongue). My son was also told he had 4 cavities instead of 2. The dentist showed me the obvious cavities in his mouth. And finally when I first saw the new dentist he informed me that I had major plaque build up on my teeth. (I had just had them cleaned 1 month ago at Triangle Family Dentistry. They have a beautiful office which lulls you into a false sense of confidence.

Never had anything but prompt great service! Been multiple times and Wife. Always super nice and thorough.
