Every time I go into this store, there is an issue as to why I cannot upgrade my smartphone. (Even though I am passed my phone upgrade date). Whenever you walk in, the staff ignores you. This place has HORRIBLE customer service and rude staff members. I will no longer be coming to this abortion of a phone retailer and I will canceling my service.

Though it can be seen from US 1 (intersection of Highway 98 and US 1) if you know to look I think being on a Dead End Street with not much else up here you have to either know it is here unless you look!
This is Convenient to Wake Forest and Wakefield!
We are impressed that the Staff is always telling us how to get what we want and the most Economic way to do so! Ceth did a GREAT Job helping us yesterday! I get my Second Smart Phone!
