I am only giving them one star because zero stars is not an option.
Over a week ago, I requested an appointment online and filled out all the online paperwork. I was referred by a friend and had heard good things. The next day, I called and left a message requesting an appointment and mentioned the urgency of why I needed an appointment, and expressed my thankfulness in any help they could give me.
I never got a call back, never got an email confirmation, nothing. I had to visit urgent care in the meantime. Have since made an appointment at a different dermatologist. It’s a shame that businesses are allowed to operate this way.

Thought I had found a 21st century doc with a solid web presence. I made an appointment and completed all the paperwork online. Guest what? I still had to call for an appointment. Then, I get to the appointment and they tell me their system «glitched» and I will have to re-​enter my medical history again. Now where in the world is my HIPAA data?! Needless to say I cancelled my appointment and will not use this organization. I urge anyone thinking about using this doc to consider how they mismanage your medical information.

I’ve been here twice now and each time has been quick and efficient. Dr. Matheis is professional and friendly as well. Nursing staff is as well. Each time I have overheard conversations about insurance issues, so I will advise you to have everything squared away so the waiting room doesn’t have to overhear the discussion or arguments, unless you don’t mind others hearing your business transacation. Other than that it is fairly quick to get an appointment and they usually run on time. Only once did my husband have to wait an extended period of time.

Staff are Friendly and Professional ! Reception area is Relaxing, more like a Spa than a Doctors Office! This is Brilliant to make an Office visit MORE Pleasant! Located Rogers Road side of «The Factory»
