Wake Forest Endodontics

What a life saver!
I had a referral to this office from my dentist. I put it off as I had maxed out my dental insurance for the year.
I went in today for a root canal I had been putting off and the staff was wonderful and so was the Dr.
They took the time to walk through the process and explain everything to me. I felt no pain as he did the procedure and he showed up the work on the screen afterwards.
I would recommend this office to anyone who is looking for this speciality.
I had great conversations with each member of the staff and they cared about my personal situation and my outcome. i wish all healthcare could be like this.
Did I mention that they called me and got me in on the same day.
I will refer my friends and family to this office as I trust them.

I was referred to this Endodontist by my dentist. She told me he just started within this last year. I did a little research and saw that he has several years of dentistry in the military. So, I make my appt. I completed the paperwork ahead of time as requested and showed up 5 mins before my appointment. One other patient checked in right before me. We both sat there for just short of an hour later before he was called back. 5 mins later I went to the receptionist and asked how much longer. She seemed very non-​nonchalant about it and said he had an emergency appointment he had to fit in so everyone is delayed (I suspect this happens often) I completely understand emergencies come up, but when there isn’t any consideration to notify your waiting patients that there is an extended delay, I really have to wonder this guy thinks of his patients to be so inconsiderate. To add salt to the wound, when I tried to reschedule she had the audacity to tell me his latest appt is 2:20 because they reserve the 3:30 appointment for emergencies! If you are retired, a stay at home mom, or have time to kill, this is the place for you, but if you are a busy working professional, I suggest you look to elsewhere. This guy needs to go back to the Military where his «mightier than thou» treatment of patients is tolerated.
