I’d give it zero stars if I could. The guy there changed my home page to Google, added other Google stuff (I purposely had NO Google on my computer anywhere because I don’t like it), eliminated my password for logging into the computer, installed viruses, altered the layout of my desktop, and charged me even though he didn’t fix the problem I actually brought it in for. I never asked for, nor wanted any of the changes he made. I also believe he snooped around in my computer because he slipped and mentioned something that shouldn’t have ever been obvious had he done only what I needed — replace or repair the keyboard. I ended up taking it to Geek Squad and the first thing the guy there noticed were the two icons on my desktop that he told me were the viruses. Never, ever going there again!
