I am a real estate agent with Hunter Rowe Real Estate in Raleigh. I learned about Zar Electric from another agent at our firm, and recommended them to a client. They did a great job. Since then I’ve used them for my own home, and recommended them to at least four more clients. Sean (the owner) is very professional, cares about the reputation of his firm and makes sure clients are taken care of right.

I am a first time home buyer and the house I purchased was a 1938 small farmhouse. Needless to say the electrical needed to be updated. ZarElectric was recommended to me by a friend and like most people I trusted in my friends recommendation… best decision ever!
Sean came over to my new home and spent about 2 hours with me going over the updates that needed to be made, reviewing my budget, setting a timeline, etc. When he left after that initial visit not only did I feel informed about my own home and the repairs that needed to be made, I also felt extremely confident that I had hired someone who truly valued his customers and wasnt simply looking at me like a paycheck.
There were 3 ZarElectric employees that worked on my home Sean, Zack and Craig. Zack and Craig were the primary 2 who work on the project of my home and honestly you couldnt ask for 2 better guys. They showed up on time if not a little early, worked at a consistent pace throughtout the day and informed me of updates to their work progress or of anything out of the ordinary that would need to be fixed before they would want to go further. Example: a few beams that had termite damage that they thought i might want to repair before they progressed further.
The most 3 most important aspects of any job are 1) Quality of work 2) Timeliness and 3) Coming in on budget. ZarElectric met and surpassed ALL of my expectations. They are the ONLY company I will EVER use when it comes to electrical work. I cant say enough good things about them. I look forward to working with them again.
