Rented 2 tables, chairs and linens for a small party at my condo. Had to pay extra to have it delivered to my second floor because I don’t have an elevator in my building. Was given a time frame of 9a-5p for delivery on Friday and pick up on Monday. They showed up at 4pm on Friday and it’s 5:15 on Monday and they still aren’t here for pick up! I even called the office at 3pm and spoke with Maryanne to confirm pick up. I took a while day off of work today for this pick up. Id say customer service definitely isn’t a priority. The white Chiaviari chairs are cheap and need painting, the white cushions are more of a cream color I think because of low quality and cleanliness or lack there of. I don’t think I would use them again or recommend them to anyone else. It’s too bad because it’s hard to find a place that delivers for smaller orders.

Completely unprofessional and unreliable. I booked tables and chairs for an event, and the Company did not show. They charged my credit the day prior to the event, and I was unable to contact them as they did not work on Saturdays and close at 5PM on Fridays. The prices seem economical online, but they Company gouges you by charging an insane amount for movement, distance, and set up fees. I highly recommend you find another Company or buy your own tables and chairs — at least you could then guarantee they would be at the event

Woman(Joanne) was outstanding to work with. She was very thorough and very nice. Rental prices were very economical compared to other rental companies. However, I had somethings that was going to be delivered to the 2nd floor for my wedding, and it was in Boston. Perhaps the drive in and pickup times were an issue, but the labor and OT fees were 1 ½ times the rental cost.($ 585). I found someone in Boston who the same labor and OT fee would be $ 100, with a little higher rental fees. Saved me $ 400. Too bad.
