Century 21 Commonwealth

My husband and I had been searching for a new house for about a year and a half, when we met Kelli Cantillon from Century 21. We didn’t have a buyer’s agent yet, but liked her immediately, and tasked her with helping us find our «dream» home. We’d met plenty of agents on our own before, but they all were either pushy, needy, or kind of creepy in that Annette Benning in American Beauty «I’M GOING TO SELL THIS HOUSE» kind of way… Kelli was smart and honest, had thoughtful advice, met us all the time to show us houses in 9 different towns, and was extremely patient and encouraging.
It took over a year, and she was fantastic throughout the entire process, which was often a nightmare, due to a sale falling through because of the seller at the last minute– literally, 4 days before closing the seller notified us she didn’t hire movers after all, and would not be vacating the house– after granting her three extensions! Kelli was professional, helpful and supportive through the entire nightmarish hellscape of a process.
We finally found our dream home in Wakefield, and are now selling out house in Wayland. We liked Kelli Cantillon so much that we’ve hired her to sell our house in Wayland, even though it’s a bit of a hike from her office. We really couldn’t be more pleased.
* Edited to add the Wayland house had multiple offers within 48 hours, and we accepted one well over asking price!

These folks are rude, inconsiderate, and untruthful. Would not recommend.

I bought my house in Wakefield through them. My real estate agent was Mary and the selling agent was Barb. They were both fantastic. If I ever buy another house around here, I’ll go back to them.
