Not a big fan of well done roast beef but if you are, this is the place for you. Small joint. Friendly service

Excellent roast beef sandwich. The only other items I’ve got off the menu were French fries and bottled water. I get sauce and cheese. There is no grizzly fatty bits. Plenty of sauce and good roll.

Last minute Roast Beef sandwich, guy delivered 15 min before closing and it was delicious. Sauce, mayo and provolone cheese!!! Also I asked for mine hot roast beef and he even toasted the bun excellent. I would order again but next time a hero. Stuff was good!

Overpriced food. My small steak sub was tiny smh. If I do stumble a cross this place again I’ll try something else and if that fails its a 2⁄5 in my book.

Although I’m from out of town, my gf lives in town and we have eaten here plenty of times. I love this place, affordable, great food(calamari, steak tip dinner, cheeseburger, roast beef) and good service. Love this place

This review is based solely on their Roast Beef I’ve been going here for many years but don’t think I ever wrote a review. Their Roast Beef sammich is the best around. Rare roast beef every time on a lightly toasted sesame seed bun with sauce. Simple but absolutely perfect every time. No slight to that place a couple miles down Main St that everyone raves about but I like Kipo’s roast beef better. And Kelly’s…they’ve been in my rear view mirror for ages now. Okay, getting back to Kipo’s. I’ve never ordered anything else here so I can’t speak to the rest of the menu. Staff is friendly. If you want a really really good roast beef sammich, check this place out.

This place puts Kelly’s to shame. The three way junior roast beef they make it is one of those sandwiches when you bite into it you feel like God created a sandwich just for you. I have been coming here for over 20 years.

This weekend we put in a large to-go order with Kippo’s for a birthday party we were having locally. We ended up buying a platter of sandwiches as well as a platter of chicken broccoli alfredo. When we arrived the staff here was incredible and made us feel at home. The food they prepared looked great, and the pasta was fresh and hot which was great. The cost for our food was reasonable, and they made sure to ask us if we needed any condiments or silverware. When we finally had the chance to eat, the food was delicious. The tuna fish sandwiches were great and the pasta was delicious as well. Everything was made to order and we couldn’t have asked for better service or mass catered food. We love this family owned restaurant and we can’t wait to come back in the future.

Love the steak n cheese. I gave 5 stars. Cause of my over all satisfactory of the place. small family owned and operated! Good prices, never messed up a order, very friendly. I’ve been going here for years. However I’m moving to California of Saturday and will miss this place and the food a lot ! Do well and open a bigger branch by now will ya. you can do it.

This place has a good chicken parm sub. Nonno’s claims to have a good chicken parm sub, but they really don’t. I would go to Kippos instead for Chicken Parm.

I’ve been going to this place for years. Get the chicken kabob sub — grilled chicken, tomatoes, lettuce, feta cheese, and greek dressing. The chicken parm sub is awesome as well. I’d vote it best sub shop in Wakefield.

Pretty solid roast beef. Definitely wouldn’t say it is the best I have ever had. In my eyes, there is a secret ratio of meat: sauce:bun and this place does not do the job. Their buns are fancy and big so it doesn’t get all mushy with the sauce… i’m sure some snobby roast beef eaters might prefer that but it means dry unnecessary bread to me. The roast beef was a little more cooked than I prefer. However, I do appreciate their transparency in the sense they display the bbq sauce they buy; most places call it their«secret sauce» this place is honest.

If the line at your favorite place is long and you are to hungry or are short on time to wait then Kipos is an alternative. Place is tied and kind of dirty looking so I was skeptical but my favorite place was packed and the husband was HUNGRY. He had the meatball sub and I had a BLT Club. Both were fine. Would I go back — sure, if my favorite place is still packed and the husband is too hungry to wait.

Kipos has been my go to sub shop since I moved to wakefield. Everything from the subs to grilled chicken salad is great. The staff is so accommodating that a worker had found my debit card on the sidewalk and took his time to find me and return it days later. Recommended For food and all around feel good atmosphere.

Kipo’s has one of the best roast beefs. This and Kelly’s Roast Beef are the best roast beefs I’ve had so far. To start out, this roast beef has a good bun, it’s big, and filling as well. A key for what makes a good roast beef is a good sauce. Kipo’s has a great sauce. I noticed that this one seems to have a little of a spicy kick to it. And of course the beef itself is nice and tender. For the other food, it’s nothing special, but nothing terrible. I found the subs okay. I think Sonny Noto’s has better subs. But I definetly suggest you get the roast beef. Like Guy Fieri would say, «it’s killer!»

I’ve been getting takeout from Kipo’s for 12 years now. Last week I went in to pick up my food and while I was standing at the counter waiting I witnessed the delivery driver who just came in behind me handling food from the refrigerator and into the fryer with his bare unwashed hands. I can only imagine that he had been handling money all night and who knows what else. Then I noticed that nobody in there was wearing gloves and all touching food. Even the guy that rang me up at the register after handling my money was touching food. Maybe I’m just a germ freak but I’ll never eat there again! Good luck!

The chicken cutlet parm sub is sooo good! Steak & cheese was kind of blah. French fries are the best! Remind me of the fries you’d get at the little league ball fields! This place is def better than your avg sub shop.

In a town with so many sub places, Kipos has always been my standby. Above average quality subs and very good prices. Recently they changed the kind of bread they used, and I love the new bread. The guys behind the counter know how to put a sandwich together, not too much sauce, but not too little. I’ve had the mozzarella sticks, fries, and the steak and cheese spring rolls. Very good selection, and worth considering for your take-out pleasure.

So I have dined at this restaraunt plenty of time enough to make a decent review. So I every time I visit it is always clean inside and tidy around the building great for bussiness. Their food is great, alot better than most shops in the area trust me on this. Negetives only would be that the seating area is very very… let me repeat very small…(seats 10 people comfortably). If you go in there on lunch time expect it to be packed in there, and expect to take your food else where. There is no bathroom for the public. so if you gotta go you have to beg them to use theirs. Another negetive is that is you do not tip them they give you very disgusting looks… I have caught them on numerous occasions… They also refused to deliver to my work place because we did not tip a driver 1 time which is questionable in my book… anyhow great food check it out.
