The ladies at Wal’s are always very nice and professional. They tell you up front if they will be able to remove stains or not. Almost every time they are able to do the job, and if it is not done to perfection, they send it back into the wash at no charge. As an added bonus, they also tailor clothes of which they have done many pieces for me. When you need something quick, they always do their best to get you quick turnaround on your clothes. They work VERY hard and are a nice breath of fresh air in the neighborhood.

Dropped off my dress suit to get stain removed. The stain was still there and nothing was different. When i went to go pick up my suit after the second time they tried my jacket was worse than ever. They ruined the material of my whole jacket and blamed it on the manufacturer. Hard to believe because it was Jones New York. Sent it out to the company anyway and even they said it was’nt the material. Wal’s owner refused to do anything about this or take any responsibility for their act. Never went back. I asked everyone around what they think about Wal’s and even others say not to go their again because they don’t put too much care into the labor.
